Born in Sweden but operating out of Berlin, Philippa Pacho has been making waves in the scene as of late, notably amassing a stream of incendiary performances at some of the world’s finest (and most demanding) clubs, including Bassiani and Fuse. Herald of a fast-paced, no-surrender type of DJing, all eyes set on bringing crowds to a simmer thru and thru, Philippa muscles her way across various techno sub-genres and rhythms with conviction and poise, alternatively pushing classic Detroit-influenced material, Nordic minimalism and more Continental European-informed expressions, as she harnesses the very best of these through uncompromising selections with a pristine mixing technique. Living, breathing, banging techno from an artist defining the highly-textured new frontier of the sound in 2024.

Lindsey Wang, AKA Polygonia, has an amorphous style you could call organic—or, better yet, harmonious. She interweaves unfamiliar elements with a mercurial touch. Wang can make something completely otherworldly sound totally, well, natural. It's made her a fixture everywhere from Munich's BLITZ to major festivals like Sustain-Release and Draaimolen.

Unsurprisingly, Wang is not one to be pinned down. Be it the sound design-anchored side project Lyder, her own label QEONE, or co-producing an album's worth of experimental percussion alongside jazz drummer Simon Popp, it's fair to say her personal output matches the feverish energy of her mixes. There's multidisciplinary, and then there's Wang: Poly-disciplinary, you might say.

Wang's entry into the RA Podcast series is no different, another stellar emphasis of her artistry. RA.955 is a voyage into wild variations of texture, rhythm and feeling, guided along by the principle of endless metamorphosis. Supple driving grooves meet crinkled surfaces, scuttling hi-hats meet chattering sonics, and good luck keeping hold of a consistent drum pattern for long. Behold a living organism raised by the club and the great outdoors in equal measure.

Temudo is part of a new generation of artists whose work relies on the contemporary approach to Techno. His music allies the soul of the genre with a modern methodology, and has the seal of genre defining labels like Klockworks, Soma, Modularz, Mord or Clergy. He’s one of the minds behind Hayes and runs his own Mastering Studio: Tema Mastering.

João describes himself as a nerd for audio processing, composing techniques and solving puzzles in the pursuit of the perfect mix. His background in Jazz, a Degree in Sound and a Master Degree in Music and Technology gave him the tools for the unorthodox experiments he takes in the studio. It is fair to say that Temudo is one the Portuguese Techno main characters.

Romanian-born and Italian-based DJ, producer and label-head Ketch has carved out a distinctive space in the scene through his dark, texturised grooves laced with tribal, dub and acid elements. Ketch’s unique sound design creates a bridge between visceral energy and intricate soundscapes. Aside from crafting, Ketch co-founded labels SYXT (2018) and Glukkon Records (2019), having contributed to both labels with several of his own releases. Ketch has left his sonic imprint on Europe, having performed in cities such as Berlin, Amsterdam and Warsaw and will tour around the US in 2025.  

Ketch’s productions are minimalist, blending industrial soundscapes with abstract elements to transport listeners on an otherworldly journey. This podcast is a dynamic blend of textured rhythms and hypnotic elements, masterfully multi-layered to keep you moving without pause.

His mix of cerebral wares and shape-shifting, industrial-informed machine talk takes us straight back to the heyday of raving, when the sound we all love was not just a merchandise, but meant a whole new perspective on the world as we knew it.
