Being born in Toronto & raised in the Caribbean, Kafayé’s sound and vocal texture has been shaped by his experiences. From performing on large stages alongside Reggae greats like Beres Hammond & Nadine Sutherland, to raging in mosh-pits as a member of “No Tourists”. Kafayé has fused his Jamaican heritage, with the energy and sounds coming from Toronto’s streets.
