Sometimes we get busy with life and we forget who we are and the only way to find out is to embark on a journey back to our origin, take a deep breath and remember how did you arrive here!!! finally, after a long challenge, I have found the way to my roots. My roots find their musical rhythm in what we call downtempo music. Downtempo is the right speed not only for music but also in life, slow living is not about living your life in a slow-motion, it's about doing everything at the right speed and pacing instead of rushing. It really is an amazing moment to have one of our most respected artists for Flow Sessions, as it also reflects our focus expanding to other parts of the world and we are so happy to have the West Coast Vibes from the inimitable Sabo! Words from the artist: 
"This mix is very special to me and I’m really excited to share it. This was recorded in Bonjuk Bay, Turkey, back in September 2020 for the ICBKR event. It was my first time DJing to a live audience in over 8 months. The setting was perfect - a beautiful warm sunny day on a gorgeous beach in Southern Turkey, and while the sun began to set, a nice little crowd of happy dancing carefree souls gathered in front of me. It felt so good to take people on a musical ride again, and to feed off their energy. I was really feeling the vibes and went deep into my crates playing lots of feel good classics I hadn’t heard in years. At one point during the sunset I literally started to tear up, as I finally felt FREE again. This was hands down one of my favourite sets in all my 25 years of playing records. I hope you enjoy the story, and please remember, happiness and dancing is the best medicine for a healthy life. " -@djsabo

Normally, podcasts are easy to do and being motivated, one goes to work in exciting anticipation to let the latest delicacies and accumulated "podcast records" shine.
At 3hrs 33min though, the situation is different. We rummaged deep in the record crate, full of enthusiasm knowing exactly what was being played. Dissatisfied with the result and a musical existential crisis not far away, we reflected and rethought the essence of our music: who are we and what do we want anyway? With detective acumen, we conducted acquisitions for weeks and dove into old and new realms in search of the undefinable. Back to the roots...
Neverending after hours, that's us...

It's done. One of the most powerful mixes we've had the pleasure to record so far is in the can. 

We are proud to present our Flow Mix, which is a cross section of our last three years of downtempo with a pinch of reminiscence. On board are many of our own productions, which we are finally proud to show the world in one big mix. 
Much of the style of Dj mixes we represent today may not be immediately recognisable in it. But we still keep familiar principles, because the essence is always the same: the emotion, the smirk and of course grooves for days!
The journey starts quietly and with deep sound and gains momentum as it goes on.

Flow Sessions 098 - Amir Telem

The Flow sessions are a very unique podcast series. The project gives the artists so much more space to present their musical vision, and that's exactly what I did in my contribution. I love long DJ sets because with each hour I get deeper into my flow and can take people on a journey with me.  We start with a more leisurely pace, driving through the vastness of indie dance tracks, and spiraling more and more into the worlds of deep and melodic house. My mix winds through the many facets of my DJ sets and includes the different visions of modern electronic music that I like to present on the dancefloors of the world. Over time, the journey becomes more energetic and lands in the realm of more techno sounds. I love to tell stories and gain momentum over time to celebrate music together ecstatically. That's what I wanted to achieve with this mix. I really hope this one brings you joy. Thanks for having me. - Robin

Describing the sound and sonics aesthetics of Robin Schellenberg’s music, one could tend easily to use bold buzzwords like „Melodic Techno“ or „Deep House“  – but there is something more to it: his productions oscillate effortless through a soft dystopian void full of sweeping build up’s: His tracks are drifting endlessly into an infinite sky, twisting from warm unisons into harsher electronics, just to break down into well-tempered saturated up-tempo beats. It's not Dark Techno by definition, but Robin often gets driven towards its aesthetic, without drifting into its cold industrial repetition. His tracks feel like a deep yearning for the horizon, pulling the dancer tenderly forward with soft melancholy. In his DJ-Set’s all of this falls into place, with tempi from 119 – 125 bpm, blending deep, dark and psychedelic elements into heavy sweeping bangers, to slowly lead the dance floor into a sweet and endless decay. Robin released music with labels like Stil Vor Talent, Katermukke, Einmusika and has upcoming releases scheduled for Stil Vor Talent & Katermukke in 2023.

"My favorite set that we played this year at Burning Man was at Robot Heart. It was probably the only set that I really prepared for with Walshy Fire.

I'll be honest I was a lil nervous because I really wanted to make it run with energy for the full two hours and our typical audience isn't that used to a classic dub and reggae set. Myself and the whole RH crew wanted to create something really special for a sunset party and keep it true to the theme but to still feel like a Robot Heart set. The Robot Heart crew had told me that they wanted and entire set that sounded like "Major Lazer - Get Free" and I had to think hard about it. To keep the vibe going for two hours and for that record to be the climax was a challenge but I realized if you stick to your guns for the whole party and steer the audience in a direction and keep them with you, then anything is possible.  I hope you love it.. It's perfect for a party on a Sunday afternoon and represents a different side of Major Lazer"

"Normally I know that high expectations kill the vibe, so I always try to walk my way open minded and don’t expect anything special from the future, but this time I couldn’t help it. When the Robot told me that she wanted me to play the sunrise set and that we will be connected with the Mayan Warrior soundsystem, I could feel it already in Berlin a full three weeks before… Then when I finally took the bus over to Robot Heart it was even better than in my craziest expectations. This gig was by far the most emotional gig I have ever played. The human body is the most highly engineered object in existence, a machine of uncountable parts and unfathomable function. Its workings have served as inspiration for all of humanity's greatest inventions. This work is an homage to the two most amazing mechanisms in that machine: the human eye and hand. The head is a 16 foot camera obscura demonstrating the ray optics principals underlying the spherical lensed eye humans posses and the hands are actuated mimicking the tendons and bones of the body. Together they represent what separates life from the rest of the universe, the ability to observe the world around us and manifest change in that world.

But music is pure healing, purest joy and self-expression, it can lift your energy level and mood, it boosts your metabolism and clears old blockages.

Eulenspiegel's cover art is provided by Radka Tiarksova and her visionairy art project Radka Soulart. We believe that a combination of different styles of art will allow our senses to expand, feel & see the whole picture within. The name of this beautiful piece is 'Power Of Mind' and is part of Radka's upcoming carddeck 'Cards Of Alignment'.

„For some time now, a feeling has been driving me, it is difficult to put into words, it is not rational, I cannot process it, it is just there. If I had to put it into words, maybe it would be a hint of departure. But for what and for whom? Although, it seems as if many things are coming to an end, I don't believe in that and I don't feel that either. Actually, as macabre as it may sound, I feel better than ever, but I can't say why and otherwise I always can.
I'm aware of how many people are living in fear, sorrow and sadness right now, so I keep asking myself, am I even allowed to feel this way? And I whisper it very softly, because I have also received it only as a whisper, 'yes you may'. Who is whispering there? Is it you world? Something is happening to us, to people, to the world, I don't know what, but I feel it's going to be good. And this feeling is still so drowsy, but I know it from somewhere for a very long time. It's like a loving mother kissing her child awake. It comes from my subconscious and it pushes gently and inexorably into my waking presence.
Out of this feeling, unconsciously at first, this set was born. It drives, because it stands for departure and in the end everything will be good.“

Our mission is to give a new outlet for creativity to the international electronic music industry through our intentional long format mix series. It invites the artist to create a magnum opus of a composition which will endure over the years due to discovery both through the artists profile and our profile. 

Flow Music’s mixes are designed to take the listener on an energetic journey, allowing each artist to express their full creativity and truly find their flow. 
3 hours and 33 minutes allows the artist to delve into realms they rarely explore to create the ultimate journey. It is also an opportunity for the listener to completely immerse themselves in the intricate complexity of their favourite artists.
