On 10th December, Furanum Records (@furanum-records), run by Dominik Müller (dominikmuller-music), will release a new split release featuring two songs by Dominik Müller himself and two songs by Tomohiko Sagae (@tomohikosagae), entitled The Other Colours Of Poison, an on point and uncompromising beat-driven industrial assault hitting the listener with powerful beats enriched by industrial injections. The Other Colours Of Poison is a good example of how artists are reacting to this difficult situation through their music. 

Today we premiere Amaranth by Tomohiko Sagae. The Japanese acclaimed artist had already released an EP with Furanum Records, entitled The Spurt Of Blood, in 2014, and now he's back with its sharp sounds.

Furan: on one hand a flammable, highly toxic organic molecule, and on the other one of the pollutive byproducts of a combustive fossil-driven industry. One such heavily industrialized region is Silesia, a place with a turbulent history and formerly one of the world's most prodigious producers of coal.

To Domink Müller, the founder of Furanum Records established in 2007, the aesthetic inspiration behind the label can thus be characterized by both the volatility of the compound and its personally relevant historical context. Such duality is reflective of the dialectical tension between many of the themes explored on the label’s output: brutality/subtlety, man/machine, order/chaos, pain/pleasure, domination/submission. Modern techno, with its inherent capacity to push the limits of human perceptual experience, is the chosen mode of expression for the juxtapositions of these thematic extremes. Through machined rhythmical precision, textural experimentation, and an overwhelming sense of scale, each featured composition on the label aims to serve as an engine of immersion in the part frenetic, part euphoric swelter of sweat, sound, strobe, fog, and flesh. Based in Berlin since 2012, Furanum Records continues to serve as a nexus for the industrial vision of like-minded artists from around the world.

I have not been able to recover access to my other account [https://soundcloud.com/ha-kekong] for a couple of years.  I have tried a few times to get back into it but SoundCloud doesn't trust me.  Same phone number, same email addresses, and they still claim that they can't verify my identity.  I created that account about three years ago as a substitute to my regular account which SoundCloud temporarily closed.  They closed it as part of some upgrade procedure in their system, the result of a bug that affected many accounts, about two years ago.  Since SC did not inform its users I didn't know if that was permanent or not, so I created that other account which I can't access. You can't see it because of the angle with which I took the shot, aiming down, but beyond those blocks is the sea.  To the left is the Mediterranean, to the right is the Atlantic Ocean.  No it's not Gibraltar, but a little bit further West. ... Actually I checked recently and it is further North more than West, I thought I was facing South when in fact I probably was facing the Atlantic ocean, which is why I suppose the waves were of a decent size where we were.
