Sense Of Familiarity / What A Day (demo)

I was on a 8hr shroom trip. Xmas eve going onto xmas. It was the 2nd trip outta the 3 consecutive. Mexican Blues (it gives you high paranoia). I remember being filled with emotions (mostly sadness). I remembered all my failures, I understood why, but it hurt more cause I didn’t understand why me. Why I’ve had to suffer for so long. I worked on this for 7-9 hrs straight with no sleep. When you close your eyes and feel it, you’ll see a young boy defying the odds. Fighting to come on top. Tears filling up his eyes, he’s lost so much but still wants to go on. He’s angry, angry because he had to do it alone even though he hates being alone. Angry that it took so long. He’s climbing up this mountain and slowly making his way up to the top. Meets people on his way, but they ended up causing damage instead of good. But that doesn’t stop him and he keeps on going. He keeps on going. The tears making the journey harder because he’s battling to see but he keeps on going, unable to wipe them out cause he needs both hands to climb and remain steady. He keeps on going, even though the thoughts haunt him, the people of his past watch him expecting him to fail again but he keeps going. He keeps going and going and eventually he’ll get there
