After a 2 month break X-PRESSINGS Edit Series has got a revamp to welcome our 20th edit of the series! What a way to get things up and roaring again by welcoming this stunning edit from non other than Roswell Brothers with their take on Siouxsie and the Banshees 1988 track ‘Peek-Boo’ 

Roswell Brothers is a Mexican/Chilean project hailing from the underground Rock and Trance scenes. An electronic Rock fusion with high doses of progressive Disco. (DJ Mag Spain | # 123 | May 2021).
They appear in the series of Sexy Dinosaur From Outer Space in the late 2020 and since then their music has been released by renowned labels like Nein Records, Emerald & Doreen, Mélopée, J Records, Maleante, Controlla, Veneno and Golden Soul, to name a few.

Born In Mexico se enorgullece de presentar la nueva edición de "Tandem". En esta ocasión, los artistas invitados son Juan Soto y Pato Watson. El EP incluye dos brillantes cortes originales acompañados de remixes a cargo de Rigopolar y Dan Solo.
 
El EP comienza con "The Map" de Juan Soto, un fascinante viaje intergaláctico donde el bajo y la batería se entrelazan con energía constante, mientras los pads envuelven al oyente con suavidad. Rigopolar aporta su visión en el remix de "The Map", ofreciendo una versión profunda y lisérgica. El bajo derretido, las voces reverberadas y los sintetizadores envolventes transportan al oyente a un trance sonoro.
 
Continuando con "Head To Head" de Pato Watson y Le Chev, el EP alcanza nuevas alturas de intensidad. El ritmo cíclico hipnotiza mientras el bajo y la batería impulsan hacia adelante, sumergiendo al oyente en un remolino sónico de sintetizadores. Para cerrar con broche de oro, Dan Solo transforma "Head To Head" en un viaje psicodélico y poderoso, manteniendo una base rítmica intensa y cautivadora de principio a fin.

Duro Label proudly announces the release of 'Baba Music Vol. II,' the latest EP from Rina. The EP features exciting collaborations with JulyJuli and The Flying Spoon, as well as a joint effort with HNRQ. Adding to the musical tapestry are remixes by Shubostar and Made In TLV.

'Baba Music Vol. II' kicks off with 'Daily Grind' featuring JulyJuli, a hypnotic and playful track. This solid cut captivates listeners with its potent rhythms and entrancing elements. JulyJuli's mesmerizing vocals weave seamlessly through the track, keeping the audience in a perpetual state of trance. Following this is the 'Daily Grind (Made In TLV Remix),' which transforms the original into an epic journey tailored for those magical sunrise moments at a rave. Made In TLV infuses the track with intricate percussive layers, reverberated resonances and epic melodies.

The EP continues its sonic exploration with 'De Sum,' a collaborative effort between Rina and The Flying Spoon. The original version features a dreamlike melody that serves as the backbone of the composition. Intricate arpeggios create a tunnel-like effect, drawing listeners deeper into the sonic landscape with each passing moment. Complementing the original is the 'De Sum (Shubostar Remix),' which offers a fresh perspective on this already captivating track. Shubostar's remix adds new layers and textures to the original, further enhancing its dreamy qualities while maintaining the essence of the collaboration between Rina and The Flying Spoon.

The EP reaches its pinnacle with 'All My Friends Are TV Hosts,' a stellar collaboration between Rina and HNRQ, resident DJ of Lux Frágil. The track envelops listeners in a cloud-like atmosphere, with melodies that evoke the sensation of floating through the stratosphere. The track's ethereal quality is punctuated by acidic sounds that weave in and out of the composition, creating an intriguing contrast to the dreamy core.

We start a new year by welcoming for the first time Mexican duo Damo Mementto teaming up with Anna Forest on Darlyn Vlys' Polaris.

Combining indie dance and electronic rock, ‘Futturo Desconocido’ is nostalgic and, as the name suggests, ‘futuristic’, taking the audience on a deep and cosmic adventure.
The original is a collaboration with producer Anna Forest and has been remixed with two of the monster names in indie dance, Damon Jee and Rigopolar.

The track gets off to a strong start with a psychedelic base intertwined with hypnotic synths and distorted guitar riffs merging perfectly with Anna Forest’s poetic and evocative Vocals. Blending romanticism, cosmic imagery, and spiritual empowerment, leading the audience to a mesmerizing drop.

Damon Jee raises the tempo with his version of Futturo Desconocido, keeping the vocals but bringing in the drums and reworking the original into a dark, dancefloor-oriented work, with convoluted arpeggios and echoing vocals in a unique remake of the original.

Born in Mexico but based in New York, Rigopolar's mental remix of Futturo Desconocido will take you on a magical journey through time and space with its shimmering, arpeggiated synths, while the deeper cowbells will have you tapping your feet.
