Sijoune is the new project between UK-based Greek maestro Stevie R, one of the founders of Inside Out Records, and the french analog guru Baptiste. Both being fond of hardware synths and modular setups it was inevitable they'd eventually team up. Trampoliner is honoured to host the duo's first-ever EP.

On remix duties, chieftain Elfenberg pairs up with fellow colleague and friend Godash to deliver a bass-driven peak-hour club track.

Ackerman's debut EP on Play Pal opens with the high-octane title track, "More & Faster"—a dynamic mix of mid-paced percussion, syncopated arpeggios, robotic vocals, and sharp snares.

Next up is "Time Machine," a moody, synth-driven track that offers psychedelic dark grooves, punctuated by stuttering vocals and 303s.

Meanwhile, "Can We Rewind Time" stomps forward with a heavy bassline and pulsating sound waves, building to a fiery climax.

Adding depth to the release are label friends and frequent Play Pal contributors Mufti, Leonor and TYU, each bringing their unique stamps to the originals.

Mufti’s rework of "More & Faster" strips back the original, retaining the hypnotic mantra, while adding new layered synth lines that heighten the tension throughout the track.

Leonor’s darker take on "Time Machine" introduces a menacing funk, complete with a tempo-slowing breakdown before the latin vocal (a personal addition of his), kicks back in with force.

TYU rounds off Ackerman's kinetic collection with his signature blend of percussive acid bubbling, congas, and 303s, delivering an electrifying finish to the EP.

Globemaster (SXDNS153) & Onda Avital’s upcoming release on Mexico’s vibrant Kyma Komplex label is a hypnotic ode to the enigmatic allure of desert landscapes. Blending Indie Dance with immersive sonic textures, the Mexican duo crafts a soundscape that channels both the serenity and raw energy of distant terrains. Their collaboration merges rhythmic precision with atmospheric depth, creating a sonic voyage that feels both expansive and intimately connected to the earth. By drawing inspiration from the Sahara – a region far removed from their own roots – the artists pay tribute to its cultural mystique, bridging geographical divides through pulsating beats and ethereal harmonies. “Esfinge” promises to transport listeners, merging introspection with the unrelenting drive of dance-floor-ready energy.

Premiered here, “Lost In The Sahara” embodies intensity and trippy transcendence. Since its inception in 2020, Italo Moderni’s energy, spirit and inspiration has been the dancefloor. The darkened bunkers of Belgium, the trembling speakers of Valencia, the warming dawn of Rimini, these influences have been the lifeblood. Solidifying this tireless effort, Mellow Bangers Vol 2 is the label’s most ambitious collection to date.
In celebration of the imprint’s fifth anniversary, fifteen artists gather with every single one united under a rallying cry. From across the globe, machinists have been drawn together to deliver a statement of acid and wave, of electro and synth with flourishes of italo. The shadowy fringes of the floor are well represented, audio artisans like Cyrk and Djedjotronic serving distorted drums and melodies dripping with menace. Brightening these tones are the likes of Lauer with his Balearic infusions or Gravedad Cinética’s otherworldly “Fake Atmosphere.” Amongst the litany of talent are musicians who have both inspired Italo Moderni as well as those who have appeared on the label. Antoni Maiovvi fits such a description, the sound sorcerer slicing beats through bittersweet bars in the immersive “Stopping Power.” Ceaselessly developing the Spanish scene, Iberian artists are rightly showcased. Madrid’s David Poziano offers the cascading luminance of “In Search of Gold”, shimmering synthlines punctuated by breathy samples and pulsing percussion. New discoveries rub shoulders with established veterans, E-Bony’s bending and undulating “Brain U.F.O.” beside rising names like Ivan Pavletsov with the steely “No Future” and DjBoeing with the beaming joy of “Cheetah.”
Mellow Bangers Vol 2 is a breathless expression of the floor. A contemporary imagining of the racing rhythms and addictive hooks of the 1980s and 1990s. Fifteen works that summarise what Italo Moderni is and will continue to be.

Sinchi Music has always excelled at curating talent from across the world in its eclectic and forward- thinking Altered States series. In its previous ten volumes, it has platformed exciting new artists from the musical spectrum. Number twelfth carries on that fine tradition.
We open with Tassilo Vanhöfen, a visionary musician whose work reflects a profound appreciation for both the organic and synthetic, creating a dynamic interplay that captivates audiences and evokes a sense of introspection. ‘Flow My Tears’ an ethereal dance cut inspired by a deep dive into ’90s and 2000s Russian techno, blends nostalgia with emotional depth. Drawing from the genre’s signature vocal-driven, euphoric sound, he channels its distinctive charm while crafting something uniquely his own.

Next up is Switzerland-based John Parsley, an MPC enthusiast who churns out a track that defies genres, a manifestation of his musical will in its essence. With recurring releases on labels such as Ombra International, Feines Tier to name a few, he proves over and over again that his music speaks for itself. ‘Brain Structure’, In his own words, the drums were entirely programmed on a modified Alesis HR-16B, a raw, punchy, and full of character. Built upon this foundation, the track unfolds into a soundscape that balances structure and chaos (like in his brain).

Nantes-based Dan ChiCharron oscillates between dark disco and psychedelic indie dance. As a resident for two years at Solemne Centro and Azul Rosa in Guatemala, he developed a unique sound influenced by Zillas on Acid. and Tolouse Low Trax. A spontaneous night out in Nantes unexpectedly sparked the creation of ‘Random Jackpot’ That raw, hypnotic vibe followed him back into the studio, where it quickly took shape in this minimalist electro beat. that carries the energy of a post-punk rebel on acid.

Bruce Wine is a Mexican producer and DJ who has more than eight years of experience in moving the needle in the local scene. With ‘Psycho Disco’, Bruce Wine dives headfirst into the shadows of sound, exploring the duality between dancefloor energy and emotional intensity. It’s a track built on contrasts, where pulsating beats meet cinematic textures. An immersive experience that blurs the lines between the rational and the emotional; each beat unfolds like a scene in a film, guiding the listener through a parallel universe.

Next up, we welcome Ninasonik, the founder of Vaarian Records. Being immersed in the Mexican scene for the past 10 years have allowed her to share the stage with The Blessed Madonna, Answer Code Request, Volvox, Cabizbajo, and Theus Mago, to name a few. Her creative gift to Sinchi comes in the form of ‘FURIA’. It flows with hypnotic intensity, channeling the kind of night that feels endless. For Ninasonik, the intention is crystal clear: to sonically translate the almost mystical moment when the self dissolves into the collective pulse of the dance floor.

Finishing this series is a track that made us fall in love at first listen. Astrochimp, from Cyprus, crafts tracks that mirror life's unpredictable rhythms, purely guided by curiosity and an instinct for the unexpected. ‘Alien Contact’ is a Detroit-inspired electro track, reimagined through a futuristic lens. It’s a bold and immersive take on a timeless Sound, merging the mechanical soul of Detroit with an exploratory, forward-thinking edge.
