A new record label, Burning Synths, has just announced its inaugural release, with a mission to bring back the spirit of 80s and 90s music. Drawing inspiration from Italo, Rave, Acid, and Retrowave, the label aims to merge nostalgic sounds with a fresh, contemporary approach.

For its debut, Burning Synths has tapped Mundo D, a celebrated producer from Valencia, Spain. Mundo D has made a name for himself with releases on acclaimed labels such as Sincopat, Nein, Critical Monday, and Club Mackan. His signature style blends early 90s rave and trance melodies driven by synths with rhythmic patterns and basslines influenced by Italo, Retrowave, and classic 80s electronic music.

The first track, Energy Trance, brings a high-energy, mid-tempo, featuring an intense, synth-heavy melody, pulsating basslines, and a dynamic rhythm section. Crafted to ignite the dance floor, the track is also perfect for moments that call for a boost of motivation and focus. DJs and listeners alike can expect a powerful sonic experience when Energy Trance drops on all digital platforms and streaming services on September 27th.

"We’re thrilled to present our latest release, "Your Passion", from Berlin-based artist Schiela. With this release we’re taking one step forward into the 90s. And as always, we like our music synth-heavy, and this is no exception. Featuring two original tracks and two remixes by Cyda and Neurotiker.

Schiela’s originals would perhaps best be described as EBM-influenced House. Or House-y EBM? It doesn’t really matter how you label it, but true for both originals are that they are very driven by their epic synthesizers.

Cyda brings his passion for 90s House into the mix with a classic house organ that totally makes the remix his own while staying very true to the original.

Neurotiker, on the other hand, keeps us in the 80s with his passion for mean EBM-inspired basslines while lush soundscapes and shimmering arpeggios decorate the rest of the track.
