Espacio Cielo continues its steady flow of genre-bending club music with ESC087, the explosive new release from Mundo D—one of the label's core artists. A familiar name in the Espacio Cielo family, Mundo D returns with his third EP on the imprint, following a series of previous releases, remixes, and appearances on compilations that have helped shape the sonic identity of the label.

This five-track EP dives deep into a world of acid-laced electro, dark disco textures, and hypnotic techno pulses, all delivered with Mundo D's signature raw edge.

Opening with ""Game Over"", the EP kicks off with a high-voltage cut driven by robotic synths and pounding rhythms. Spanish legend Undo steps in for the remix, flipping the original into a vibrant, arcade-flavored rework titled ""Insert Coin Remix"", blending his classic touch with electroclash nostalgia.

On the B-side, ""Your Mind"" takes a darker, more cerebral turn, layering voice samples and ghostly arpeggios over a relentless groove. Parissior, core member of the Espacio Cielo family, brings a funkier angle in his remix, injecting a rolling bassline and cosmic flair into the mix.

Closing the release is ""Alien Attack"", a dystopian dancefloor weapon where industrial elements meet acid swirls and breakbeat energy—a perfect closer that leaves no survivors.

With ESC087, Mundo D reaffirms his place as a driving force in Espacio Cielo's roster and in the wider underground scene, while the label continues to push forward-thinking sounds across the electronic spectrum.

Feinstoff drifts into darker territory with Space Dust, a release that feels like dancing at the edge of a vanishing world. Eleonora, fresh off appearances on Get Physical and Anjunadeep, sets the tone with a mesmerizing, dystopian haze.

Remixes from Vhyce and Freudenthal & Saeuer reframe the track from different corners of the void. Vhyce with his signature 909-driven ‘90s pulse, and Freudenthal & saeuer with an addictive melodic twist that lingers like a signal you can’t quite shake.

A cold, dystopian edge fuels the original mix. Sharp kicks, gated snares, and syncopated rave stabs orbiting Eleonora’s unmistakable vocal. Restless, searching - this track moves through a mood between nostalgia and drifting uncertainty. A tough indie dance cut with a hint of EBM. 

Vhyce opens with his signature beat before locking into an arpeggiated bassline that shifts the track into a more dreamlike orbit. The dystopia softens; stripped-back vocals echo into open space, and a mechanical synth line guides it all toward a masterfully executed drop serving a controlled reentry through synthetic clouds and starlit frequencies.

Freudenthal & Saeuer return after their standout “Do It” remix and step into darker realms with a commanding snare and pristine hats. Mustering up a round, rolling bass and an ominous drone, while Eleonora’s vocals loop and glitch like fragments from a fading memory. It all builds toward a melody that doesn’t just stick - it defines the moment, like waking up in a post-dystopian world with the system rebooting. It hits the floor with intent. Sharp, hypnotic, and hard to walk away from.

Together, these versions channel Feinstoff’s signature tension between nostalgia and futurism. Music made not just to move bodies, but to echo through fogged-up rooms and strobe-lit moments that feel slightly out of this world.

Eleonora - Space Dust (Vhyce Remix) [Feinstoff]

The Madrid-based duo formed by Rama and Pedro, aka Teemon & Poomba, make their debut on Rotten City Files with the Stellar Rain EP, following their acclaimed work on labels like Música Cavernícola and Espacio Cielo. This release features two original tracks and two remixes by Psycho Weazel and Alvaro Cabana, offering an opportunity to revisit the "Euro Disco" roots and influences of the label.

"Meteoro Rain" is a track with an Italo vibe that, combined with Rosa's vocals, gives the song a retro character. A hopeful synth melody and modern production provide it with the necessary strength to shine on the dance floor without losing its nostalgic soul.

On the other hand, "Stellar Love" retains the Italo essence of the previous track but leans more into epic melodies and arpeggios. It shares the same nostalgic soul and power but is tailored for those who connect more with instrumental productions.

Label head honcho Alvaro Cabana reimagines the first track with a '90s groove, adding a faster tempo and a mood reminiscent of late-'90s Tech/Progressive House, with some nods to classic "Reese" productions (“Rock To the Beat”).

Closing the release, the Swiss duo Psycho Weazel (Exploited, Correspondant, Iptamenos) transforms Stellar Love into a peak-time bomb made for the dance floor, with a hypnotic, trance-like mood sure to delight the most devoted rave heads.
