During  the 80's a innovative club phenomena begin with Techno. Later it extend to house with the addition of contribution by to he 808 device   

Everyone in Detroit break danced, djed or promoted parties.  I was giving the first international parties at Clear Auditorium in Ontario, Canada. DJ's were Mike Clark, Mike Grant ,Wizard and Derrick May. This happen in 1986. I managed a club in Downtown Detroit called the Prima Donna.  I later would join with same crew and give house parties at Cheeks on the westside of Detroit.

I followed Charivari and organizations who are into deep house, techno and r&b. The movement fest would put Detroit on the map as Techno/House City.  One of the Largest festival of this kind in North America.

The list gones on.  I work with Delano Smith, Bruce Bailey, Eric Foster in the streets of Detroit all the time.  I am doing North End Production in the Boston Edison area of Detroit, Mi.  Strictly underground.  I am known as Dj Universe.
