on June 3rd, 2023, 5PM (EST), i had the pleasure to weave a sonic voyage as part of AMAPROBLEM's takeova of Boiler Room's first festival in Toronto. it was also my first Boiler Room ever. [...] for this excursion, performed live from a very sunny outdoor stage in Woodbine Park, i yearned to bring listeners on a historical trip through the sonic gem that is South Africa. [...] as i did not get to execute this sonic voyage as i had intended (but thoroughly enjoyed it regardless), this iteration is edited to bridge the gap between what was, what is, and what could have been. bonne écoute!
