He began his journey in eastern Poland, where the hard-hitting sounds of hard trance, schranz, and techno captured his imagination after the year 2000. A move to southern England brought new influences and inspiration, shaping his unique musical style.

Since 2018, Verkyone has focused on slower, more organic grooves, blending them into harmonic soundscapes in his sets. You can currently catch him regularly on Mixpub Radio, with a clear focus on progressive house and techno.

Following the explorations of "Adventures", the journey continues. "Adventures II" invites four sonic explorers to reinterpret and rediscover the original tracks by Cie - translating them into new forms and revealing hidden layers along the way.

Andrey Sirotkin opens the next chapter with his reconstruction of "Reichenstein". Deep grooves and infectious acid lines rise above a solid foundation of bass, creating a space that feels both familiar and refreshingly new. With his unmistakable dub techno touch, Georg Neufeld returns to "Der Turm", propelling it forward with a hypnotic pulse. His remix is immersive and gripping - an energetic spiral with no easy escape. From here, the path leads to the next stop: "Stenzelberg", where Granlab ignites percussive sparks that echo through winding canyons. Luminous stabs merge with flowing strings and a powerful bassline, offering surprises behind every turn of this mystic trail. Finally, Chris Baumann picks up the thread and guides us deep into the heart of "Reichenstein" once again. His version is fast, intense, and relentless - a final descent into introspective techno with no return until the morning light.

Four artists. Four perspectives. One journey that continues. "Adventures II" opens new doors while honoring the spirit of the original - a release crafted for true explorers of sound.

It took me a long time to pull myself together to record the next installment of the Return to Atlantis mix, over a year since the last one. I really wanted it to reflect the trance-like essence of Atlantis. And the perfect opportunity came during the recent Biotechnologia event at Krakow’s Sekta Selekta. I felt it was a good night, with the right vibe for a multi-genre set driven by trance energy.
Inside, you’ll hear trance in its progressive, goa, and psychedelic forms — as well as deep and minimal techno, progressive house, electro, and even some leftfield breakbeat.
I invite you to give it a listen. I have very fond memories of that night on the Sekta dancefloor. I really like this recording — its variety, and at the same time, its surprisingly coherent atmosphere.

Exposed heavily to underground sounds since early childhood, Paul is just emerging from his musical cocoon, bringing a clean and deep sound, smooth transitions, and an amazing track selection to his audiences. He is seasoning his skills during numerous gigs in Vienna and other venues. Paul is ready to advance to new levels as his creative vision becomes more focused. At the core of it all is a deep passion for storytelling through music, each set representing a unique journey into the universe of sound.
