After 15 years of active dj-ing and general love for music. Antonio Zuza, head owner of Imogen Recordings, home of many worldwide acclaimed producers, decided to present his own vision of original music that was brewing for many years inside of him. As in his eclectic sets his house sound is widely connected with origins of dance music. There is no surprise that giants like Ian Pooley and Don Carlos jumped in on this material to make mixes of their perception witch perfectly blends with Antonio's vision of Jupiter Deep EP. There is no better place than releasing Antonio's first outing than on Imogen Recordings. Jupiter Deep is just a first release of many more Antonio has prepared in near future.

We're back with three fun Tigerskin party grooves.
‚La La La Song‘ was a secret weapon for many Dj's when it came out in Spring 2011.
We've seen big smiles on the dance floor to this one. The ‚lyrics‘ just go ‚La La La‘ throughout the track, forming a simple canon. Originally the vocal was just recorded as example for a planned vocalist but Alex liked it so much, he kept it that way.

‚Jankowski‘ came out in 2014 on the short-lived Electronique label from Manchester and unfortunately stayed widely under the radar. It's a nice groover with classical strings and a cool break that leads you directly to a mountain pasture full of cows.

‚Anthem‘ is a brand new club tune that will shake your dance floors with it's super catchy percussion patterns, ducked cymbals and a 303 line straight from the alien ship. The vocal gives you a direct command on what you should be doing when hearing it: DANCING!

Dust Down Records invites New Digital Fidelity, who has delivered an hour of fluid dance music very much for the purists, ranging from Chicago & Detroit sounds to Afro & jackin' rhythms. 

Founder of @scopicrecorduk, this producer & DJ based out of East London is one to watch. His latest release has seen him team up with @officialbyrontheaquarius on remix duties and his sound is revealing of his inspirations - G-Funk to Chicago, Dam Funk to Chez Damier - this is one hour very well spent. 🚀

This is the splendid deep follow up EP by our favorite Liverpool artist Petals In Sound. After her great label debut last summer where she already showed us her wonderful atmospheric electronic sound, she now continues on a journey through that same spaced- out house territory. “Dial Tone” and “Lush” are both laid back groovers that sooth every dancefloor and are perfect late, or better, early hours tunes to steer dancers gently towards sunrise and out of smoke filled clubs, homewards with warm musical memories of a danced and spaced out night.

“The Sea and Everything in It” is a personal fave here as it combines great percussive rhythms with her unique style, arpeggios and dark synths electronica, deep like a warm spring day. The outdoor raves will be a perfect setting for this one! Last we asked our other new label member Pete Bandit from Berlin to remix “Lush”. With his own debut “Wild Feelings” he already set the tone showcasing his expert percussive and driving house sound. Here again he turned the original into a loopy “New York House” style jam with cool funky drums that fit in perfectly with the other tracks and make this whole EP a tight and delightful package. Enjoy!
