An absolute personal favourite for us here at For The Record. We first discovered Melv around a year ago through his infamous Instagram in which he showcases easilly one of the best Garage House / Deep House record collections on the planet! 

Through chatting on Instagram (mainly asking for track ID’s), we became friends and met up at a Soulful House party called The Shelter based in Liverpool. 

Melv’s selection is undeniably unmatched, 100% Vinyl only and his very unique mix he has made for us has been labelled “The Unshazamble Mix” by any who have listened to it due to its rarity of track selection- safe to say one of the best mixes we’ve ever been handed!
