Mettiamo, per esempio, che la persona X abbia fatto dei commenti sgradevoli su una persona a noi cara. O che abbia mentito su questioni importanti.

Noi ci sentiamo feriti, da cui nasce la tristezza.

Noi ci sentiamo insultati, da dove nasce la rabbia.

Per valori sociali, gli uomini sono più propensi a generare una finta rabbia.

Essa può causare vari problemi a livello sociale.
Le ripercussioni sono spesso catastrofiche e distruttive.

° Secondo stadio: Azione
La situazione degenera. Fare del male fisico alla persona che ti ha fatto un torto diventa il tuo unico obiettivo.
