Jr. are a newly-formed three-piece from LA. Recorded by the band at home with Michael Coleman, 'The Caller' is wistful and introverted, yet anthemic and infectious. Sounding like Paul Simon fronting Vampire Weekend, crystalline synths burst through the sun-bleached haze of a reverb-cloaked guitar to create the most blissful of pop songs.

Melting Cassatt

These are the first songs I wrote and recorded as Alfresco Love Sounds. Calling for the Sun, Whale and All the Skies were written first in the autumn of 2012, Mwasai was a collaboration with Hugo Heaverman and Invisible Craig David was written and recorded in my garage in 2013.

This recording of Calling for the Sun was recorded in 2013 with the Alfresco band in Falmouth made from myself, Louis Crump, Allister Kellaway and Hugo Heaverman boom ting duty boi.

Shouting to the moon is the end section of Calling for the Sun, but slowed down with sample rate from 96khz to 44.1hz, spooky.
