CRRRRUEL WORLD (RazorXCover)

* Long ago, there existed two souls in one form. Their names were Caliborn and Calliope. Due to their nature as Cherubs, this was natural. They came to regard the other as a sibling, and would switch control of their body when they slept.
* Calliope was a wonderful artist, who wove stories as easily as breathing. Caliborn on the other hand was ambitious. He strove to rule the Incipisphere one day.
* The duo were raised by the rulers of the kingdoms of Light and Dark-Prospit and Derse-the White and Black kings. The Prospitian Monarch hoped to raise Caliborn with morals so that his ambitions wouldn't get the better of him. The Dersite Monarch simply wanted the easy path, so they accepted Calliope into their arms when they could.
* Due to the Cherubs' natures as aspect holders, they each also possessed a singular dreamself. Calliope's rested in the golden moon of Prospit, and her brother in the purple moon of Derse.
* Eventually, the Dersites suffered from a large scale coup that cost them their King and Queen. The agent responsible for their murder kidnapped the young Cherubs while he was at it. Fearing for their lives, the Prospitian Monarchs fled to the veil, seeking shelter among the barren meteors.
* Growing up with the spiteful agent, Caliborn's morals became just as twisted as his newfound father's. The two would plan heists together, and enact them two days later, barring a day for Calliope.
* Eventually, Caliborn's ambition grew too power-hungry for even respect for the man that raised him. He wanted more, he wanted full control of his body, and of everything. He wanted to destroy all. He had to be rid of his sister.
* He devised a plan with his father. The agent would sneak to Prospit when Calliope was awake and slay her in her sleep. That way, upon her taking her next rest, she would be no longer. The agent, however, grew fond of both children, much to his distain. He simply couldn't kill the girl. Instead, he hired the aid of a troll to put her into a deep, permanent sleep.
* When the agent returned, he was met with a riddling of bullets. It was then that Caliborn started constructing his manor, giving himself the moniker "Lord English".
* Now, with the Kings and Queens slain or exiled, the Agent slain, and Calliope put to permanent rest, Caliborn hired a group to defend his mansion, a bit of advice from a mysterious benefactor he met one eve, one that deemed himself the perfect host. Caliborn took this good doctor in as a sort of head butler of the manor.
* This benefactor also came with a warning. That one day, a hero clad azure would attempt to stop him. Swearing to make that prophecy never come true, Caliborn set out on a quest to conquer mortality itself.
* It has been so long since then. The history of Lord English's terror and the prophecy of his defeat has simply become a tale, with only select few believing in its validity. With nobody contesting the position, one troll took the mantle of highest power in the Incipisphere.
* Meenah Peixes. Her rule may be strict, but she promises safety, should the green-skulled demon return.
* She will keep us safe. She will keep us happy. She will keep us alive.
* And at the end of the day, though we are trapped down here...
* We have never before felt so FREE.

* You return to Equius's Lab at the request of Karkat. He says that he hasn't heard from him in a while and would like to get an update. He *would* go himself, but he's got to make sure Dave and Jade don't get into too much trouble. On the floor is a note.

D --> Greetings
D --> If you happened upon this note, it means that I am not at my current workstation
D --> I have begun testing my e%perimental transportalizer device
D --> If my theories are correct, it should be our key to escaping the Incipisphere once and for all
D --> And if I am somehow wrong, it could be one of many things
D --> A gateway to another session, a door to another part of our session, or a one-way trip to the void
D --> I do not wish to hear the whispers of the Horrorterrors so closely, so I hope that my hypotheses were correct
D --> There is only one way to find out now

* You make your way into the next room, finding the transportalizer. You stand upon and activate the device. It whirs to life before warping you to who knows where.

* You open your eyes, suddenly you are met with Alternian architecture and alien scenery. You spot Equius in the distance.

EQUIUS: D --> I see you have unfortunately discovered and activated that infernal contraption
EQUIUS: D --> This place
EQUIUS: D --> It appears to be Alternia, albeit hundreds, neigh, thousands of years in its past
EQUIUS: D --> Either that device transportalized us through time and space
EQUIUS: D --> Or we have found ourselves among the ever enigmatic Dreambubbles that are scattered about the Furthest Ring.
EQUIUS: D --> I have an unpleasant feeling that it may be the latter
EQUIUS: D --> Come, let us proceed until we find a means of escape
EQUIUS: D --> With any luck, we may find another transportalizer back to our session
