Translate aka Teo Pellegrino (Born 1994 in Buenos Aires) is a Dj, Producer and Composer known for his mental, hypnotic and sci-fi approach.  He makes clear his style through unpredictable exploration of sound-design full of symbolism. Parallel to his most-recognized facet within the Techno, He turns his attention towards experimental environments and surreal ambient landscapes, leading the listener to a state of conscious awakening.

Founder of SRIE Records, label stablished since 2013, where along with Pulso they deliver quality, precise and conceptual releases.

He's part of the Argentinian scene delivering releases in recognized labels such as Axis, Warm Up, SEMANTIC/\, Edit Select, Float, AWRY and his own imprint SRIE.

Gannein invites Pause on Line Out Radio, in his residency "Gannein Curates".

Born and raised in Grenoble, France, Pause is the pseudonym of a Techno polyhedric producer. In 2012, he created Pause alias, releasing his early works in labels such as Carton-Pate Records and Sporty Limited. Influenced by many years spent in Brussels and as part of The Dare Night ’s Association giving him opportunities to play along many inspirational artists, such as Zadig, Psyk, Roman Poncet, Shxcxchcxsh, Shlomo and many more… 

His music taste and production skill slowly went more precise, winning a few remix contests and spending time to develop his aesthetic, from dub influences to a more dark, textured and hypnotic experience. After few years of break for student reasons, he went back to production 2021 and 2022 have been years of major evolution in Pause’s career, releasing music on Selected Records, Bahn Records, Postdynamic Records and .inphase, a label created with 2 friends in early 2021. 

2022 has been the best year of his production yet, starting off with a 3 tracks EP on .inphase, traveling through textured bass and hypnotic rhythms. All with a luxury remix from Viels. In July he released a Second EP on Bahn Records from Barcelona. Many tracks went big, played several times in Berghain and around many international clubs. At the end of 2022, he is selected as one of the promising artists to come by Postdynamic Records. During the following winter, he released another track on Selected Records along with many upcoming talents from the scene.

2023 was a confirmation but also a transition year, with one EP on Postdynamic Records, still placed in the top seller of the label now, this EP has been played all around the world. And another EP on Selected Records. Both went well, entering beatport top releases charts. 2023 was also the year of his first live show, a thrilling new sensation of control !

In 2024, the project went bigger with 2 releases on famous labels, an EP with ARTS called coureur d’étoiles. And appeared on the Label of Tommy Four Seven, 47 for a first vinyl release with his track Tari.

Pause's artistic vision is more and more focused on the textured aspect of modern techno. With this podcast for "Gannein Curates" on Line Out, he wanted to slow down the tempo of the current trend and bring some deep, dark and mental sonorities to the party using tracks from brilliant producers, and some of his own unreleased productions.

There was a slight delay to the second part of our December special but it was worth the wait! We’re starting this year how we mean to carry on and who better to kickstart our 2025 than local talent, Jeneva!

Having spent some time abroad in Madrid and building a name for herself as a DJ there, she’s back in the UK and bringing her unique musical style to the capital. We love her take on techno with her trademark style of blending the dark and hypnotic with groove to take listeners on a journey through sound. 

Fresh off the back of her Snooze debut, we’re pleased to share this high energy mix, packed with groove and mixed with elegance. With a history of studying classical music, Jeneva carefully curates her mixes in an intricate manner with her sets building intensity as she sets the scene, before immersing you in relentless rhythms! 

She’s growing as an artist in the local underground scene and we are sure she is going to establish herself as a regular figure here. Be sure to follow her journey!

FRAGMENT 004 - JENEVA

As a London based collective, we are committed to promoting local talent. At the same time, we also want to establish our musical identity and showcase talent from around the world. That’s why we’ve invited Staana, a Berlin based DJ/Producer, to be our first international guest because her sound & sophisticated take on techno really resonates with us.

Staana has a unique style which takes listeners on a journey through hypnotic and ethereal techno with a build up of energy to get you moving! This mix delivers a particularly raw listening experience as she navigates her way through the soundscape of driving hypnotic with her trademark mixing style and other worldly sounds. 

We are excited to see what the future holds for her as she is no doubt an emerging talent set for big things! She’s already played in some of Germany’s most respected venues and is taking her sound across Europe, with a notable debut for Aura at Radion on the horizon. We hope to see her grace the dance-floors of London in the near future 🙏

Nøvek Joins Darkelementsofc Guestmix Series #063

Mateo Robles aka Nøvek, was born in Mar del Plata (Argentina).After searching and exploring different musical styles, he found his sound identity in the Underground Techno scene. 
Novek's sound is nourished by a sonic flexibility, allowing him to oscillate and merge elements and characteristics of Techno (Raw/Hypnotic) and Minimal, without being limited or encased in a single genre. Both in his DJ sets and productions, he is characterized by hypnotic atmospheres, solid grooves and psychedelic textures, using his sound as a means to propose a journey from introspection to collective connection on the dancefloor through listening and dancing, as he considers music and sounds as a powerful way of liberation and transformation, beyond the recreational.
