Franc-Blanc is the bi-coastal duo of Graham French and Danny White who, after years of performing under the radar as Dangraham, have finished their debut album, "Since it's been so long." The nine tracks span two years of writing from their studio in Balboa Park (SF), to a retreat on Fogo Island in Newfoundland, to Danny's new home in NYC, using nothing but hardware except for a few "phone-synth-riffs" composed on the Subway.  

Drawing inspiration from the plethora of bands they met over their eight-year stint as hack a photographer and journalist for Thrasher magazine (the Knife, the Presets, LCD Soundsystem, and Sparks, to name a few), the influences boil down to Graham's love of Junior Boys and Danny's obsession with Depeche Mode, creating what the band calls "melancholic synth-pop."

when i was 14 or 15, i got this crazy idea that i wanted to be a dj. i wanted to bring sounds together as a conversation. i bought a dj jazzy jeff mixer and some gemini turntables. i stole my parents records and cut em up. i haven't stopped since. LIGHT ASYLUM is the reverential EBM, darkwave, techno project of self-taught, multidisciplinary performance artist, founder, vocalist and producer Shannon Funchess. Founded in Brooklyn, New York in 2007, the project has toured extensively through Europe, Eastern Europe, North America and Scandinavia performing at nightclubs and festivals. Funchess has collaborated with Sweden's The Knife and Detroit's ADULT. as a featured vocalist and credited producer on their respective studio albums and was featured on TV On the Radio’s debut EP ‘Young Liar’s’ as well as !!!’s (chk chk chk) “Heart Of Hearts” single. Funchess has also been DJing nightclubs, renegade raves and art events since the mid 90's with her first DJ gig as a resident at a pirate radio station in downtown Seattle, Washington and resident at the HotBox party at Aerospace Club. A guest at Discwoman, BOUND NYC, The Lot Radio, Ficken 3000, Coffin Club, dublab, Dream House, Synthicide, Elsewhere, Institute of Contemporary Art Boston and Portland Institute For Contemporary Art, she continues to DJ regularly and produce, perform and release music under the LIGHT ASYLUM moniker in 2022.

TOM And His Computer - Debut album 'Future Ruins' out Oct. 16th 2020

Led by singer/songwriter Julia Kwamya, “Julia Kwamya” aka Germans started as a bedroom pop project. Kwamya established herself writing “Wham B-Sides”  with 2013’s “Cruel” produced by Kurt Feldman (Pains of Being Pure at Heart, Ice Choir) and “Wonderhow” produced by Josh Ascalon (Hooray for Earth, Neon Indian) and mixed by Kurt Feldman. In 2017, Kwamya toured internationally with Swedish cult pop band, The Radio Dept. Tragically life took a turn for the worst for the artist in January 2019 when she became paralyzed after a car incident. Regardless of her physical shortcomings, (a paralyzed right arm and learning to walk again), she persisted and released the project she had started with the help and guidance of producer/engineer Miles Robinson (Chairlift, MGMT, TV on the Radio) and producer/master mixing engineer Chris Coady (YYY’s, Hooray for Earth, Future Island) in April 2021.Her masterful debut EP “Feel Good About Feeling Bad” is a gem to be shared with the world.
