Here’s a Journey into sound...The Original track was made with Korg Gadget then I used Ableton Live for the remix. Starts off in LoFi to get the full effect but as it advances into the mix it expands into stereo. Enjoy fam!

This is an unusual one for us as we were asked by a friend to do a cover of Alan Jackson’s country song, “Small Town Southern Man” using slightly modified lyrics to personalize it for a family member. Without access to the kind of instruments we would need to replicate Jackson’s recording we opted for something we’ve never done before, a modified karaoke track! With the instrumental track easily secured Nat and I simply added our vocals using the provided modified lyrics. 
Nat added Piano on the track to personalise it.   
The photo cover here shows a glimpse of downtown Shepherd, Michigan and we hope the person for whom it is intended gets a kick out of it. We had some fun doing it. With that said, this track goes out to our friend Larry, with Super Bowl/Valentine’s week best wishes to all our friends out there in music land! 🍻🏈💝

I started work on this track almost 2 years ago just as we were going into lockdown. Unfortunately I developed a hearing problem in my left ear that required surgery so had to take a step back, can you imagine no music throughout lockdown!!!!!!!  anyhow finally things are good now, thankfully.
                 I hope you like this R&B styled track, this is the first of 2 I was working on!! I have been working Frantically like a robot to get it mixed...hence robot mix.... I also added a robotic count in because I'm nuts!!!! thankyou for all the support!!!

Alone together or together alone, in its many meanings. It is a piece mainly in major but with moments of melancholy, between hope and sadness. About existential solitude but also about brotherhood, the connection between individuals.

We were very keen to work on another collaboration and after several rounds of selections and revisions, I'm glad to be able to share this beautiful song. I feel eternally grateful to Tom and Jussi for their inspirational music and skilled playing (and their patience). I hope we will get to make more music together in the future.

A requiem for my sister Lisa, and 4th movement of a work I have planned to complete as I have time and inspiration for each part of my outline.

The title comes from my daughter, who heard me as I was playing with the initial melodic idea, and said it sounds like a mourning bird.

This piece is best heard through headphones or quality stereo speakers to hear all the details.
