Day is done and I’m coming home, – think happy thoughts to lessen my load, clench my fists and get in that mode – forgive me but long is my road, take a side street because I need some time, to create a smile that isn’t mine, I’m pulling up an hey I’m doing fine, aside from losing my shine. Did you notice that tear in my eye, was hoping that you’d ask me why,  so much to tell you about my day, well maybe it’s just better this way
Yet all this time I always knew – how grateful I was for you but trying times get the best of me
with my chin up I face the day – I never knew any other way – then to grind it out – but I guess that’s just me – it’s my reality

Grateful

Once in a while, I'll be posting short excerpts of songs I've worked on, isolating a particular section like just vocals, sound effects or, like in this case, a horn arrangement (something I'm trying to learn more about these days).

This is the closing chorus section of one of my favourite songs I've done, Pick Me Up. This section features a sax solo, accompanied by a horn arrangement (trumpet, sax, trombone), with a bit of organ, bass and drums. All horn sounds are VST instruments, from Acoustic Samples (great company for high quality instrument sounds).

It's rough the idea at the mo. In fact it was on the fly so happy with it given that.

I'm being very sincere when I say you stopped me in my tracks on how I think about AI music. I was very naive to the positives it gives.
