On a roll as a DJ since 2013, not many have successfully straddled the line of furry DJ, crossed with producer playing nonfur events across the west coast, and steadily spreading across the united states as a junglist faithful. From the eclectic taste in drum & bass subgenres during his sets, casually playing two to three tracks at the same time for double drops, to producing tracks that have landed him support slots for Lil Texas, Evol Intent, State of Mind and Da Tweekaz, MDKai is an uptempo dragon shows no signs of slowing down.

From a hobby bedroom producer to deejaying all over America, MDKai has been finding his production footing since 2014. First asked to contribute to a small group of producers known as US Jump Up Movement by Rawtee on their compilation EP Give Thanks for Bass, the San Francisco Bay Area raised producer has been hosting his own events, enjoying the good vibes and has (in recent days) been hard at work in the studio. With an upcoming EP set for independent release, and even creating the cover art for it, he plans to bring not just forward thinking bass music to the masses, as well as emotional, hard hitting, half-time drum & bass but also psychedelic sounds to any audience that loves all types of music. Never simply just sticking to one style, he can always be expected to catch the listeners and dancers off guard with his unmistakable style.
