This song is for anyone who has been in a relationship with a narcissistic or toxic person. As anyone who has been in a relationship with a narcissist knows, it is incredibly painful. Years can be wasted staying stuck in the relationship triangle of frustration, self-pity or believing you can fix them. When you finally realize that the only way to move forward is to completely cut them out of your life forever you are on the first steps to freedom. Expressing the anger you feel from all the abuse and time wasted is the first step to healing. Hope this song can help you to feel it’s okay to be angry.

Life is rough, and your mind is busy with plans how to make it through the next day. Could you ever stop having the blues? Even as a musician? While jamming a boogie on piano, the phrase stuck in my head and I liked its ambiguity. Dear Winter

i am 67 now.where did all the years go. try and catch a song .. i try and get a good take.  i record it and move on to another song..i never played live...most of the songs are from the 8o's .   old songs.. new recordings .I can not hear very well in one ear, . the mix maybe a bit off..i am dyslexic....my song writing has been for me self therapy....self healing......alchemy.......my song writing helps me heal..i hope you find a song you like .I hope my words help you heal :O)i have tinnitus makes it hard listening to others music ..
