The B-Team is a collaboration of JLR and Mitch Rising, bringing a decade and a half of party rockin' experience to the table, with the focus on innovating music while keeping an old school flavor infused. The pair have played at clubs and parties alongside such DJs and artists as Gorge, Sonny Fodera, DJ Dan, Hatiras, John Acquaviva, The Junkies, Nathan Barato, Deadmau5, JFK (From MSTRKRFT), JoJo Flores, Wynter Gordon, Robb G, Dekoze, Manzone & Strong and Jelo as well as performing at the 2011 BPM Festival in Playa Del Carmen.

Born in Ensenada Baja California, México, started djing around 15 years of age but his professional career started in 1998. with a trajectory of more than 10 years in music has lead him to share stages with international artists such as : Deep Dish, Hernan Cattaneo, The Crystal Method, Sandra Collins, Markus Schulz, Lee Burrigde, Mark Farina, Tommie Sunshine, Jeniffer Cardini, James Zabiela, John Acquaviva, Chris Fortier, BT, Mazi, Kazell, Numinous, Ben Camp, Randall Jones, Anthony Pappa, Luca Ricci, Kazell, Hipp-E, DJ Garth, Android Cartel, Presslaboys, Olivier Giacomotto and with nationals like Tovar, Tini Tun, Gabriel Sordo, Karlos Elizondo, Sussie4 among others.

Rodrigo is known in his beginnings for playing the Progressive House sound which was very popular in Baja California between 2000-2005. It was one of the founders of PlurFM first radio show dedicated to the promotion of the electronic culture of the state, being one of the main sources for the promotion of events in the region, supporting promoters like Sunsound, Kimika in its beginnings, some of the main promoters who have extended more in the scene.

Appearing in the important events of the region: Ekinox, Magic Illusions, Foreign Fest, Organic, Desert, Circus, Salsipuedes, Sunset Trip, Rumo Fest, Desert Chocolate, Biotech, and in the events of Kimika (Sandra Collins, Hernan Cattaneo, James Zabiela, Lee Burridge, Deep Dish, Etc) to mention some.

Throughout his trajectory has played in several cities of the Mexican republic like the City of Mexico, Guadalajara, Querétaro, Juárez City, Chihuahua, Tijuana, Mexicali, Rosarito, Tecate, Los Cabos, internationally in Ecuador and United States.

In 2002-2005 forms part of Sunsound of the city of Mexicali, VSM of Guadalajara with Jordi Riera and Carlos Toscano, to support them in “Vinyl Science Management”, project that promotes Dj's and Live Acts. with personalities like: Austin Leeds (Bedrock Record), Martin Accorsi (Yoshitoshi Recordings), Jon Cowan (Renaissance) Bill Hamel (Sunkissed Record), Meat Katie (Kingsize Record), Pavillian & Zimbardo (Sondos Records, NRK), Innate (Baroque Records). Without pausing Rodrigo it is integrated in the roster of Area709 of Canada in 2004.

In 2007, Signs with the label Pure Substance Records (Malasia) releasing his first single track Midnight Flavours the same year signs with Bit Records México Environs EP y Down Point EP. 2008 − 2009 signs new tracks with Stripped Recodrings UK, KansaK Records Mexico and Bit Records. 

Adding a great display list of radio (Internet and FM) presentations, rodrigo has been featured guestmix in programs of prestige like:

Tonic Audio is a UK based company providing loops, samples, sounds and MIDI loops to producers worldwide. We are a small, dedicated team of DJ's, producers and sound designers with many years of experience and writing/remix credits in the industry. We aim to be one of the top suppliers of high quality, useable sounds and samples across a wide range of genres.

Hi and thanks for taking the time to read my profile. I first got behind a pair of 1200’s at a house club in 1990 but cut my DJ teeth many years before running a sucessfull mobile outfit with two friends- that mobile roadshow was called Expansions Roadshow.
 
Playing soul, rare groove and disco from the 60's onwards we played to packed danbcefloors every weekend for six glorious years. Interesting to note that at that time I was following some soul DJ's called Paul Oakenfold, Pete Tong and Trevor Fung - how things have moved on!!

Then one day in 1989 all that changed when I was introduced more fully to a new musical genre I was was only experimenting with on my "disco" dance floors. That music was house. I'd been playing the odd house track since 1986 - loving the pumped up 4 on the floor beat.

Impressed with the music that was coming out of Ibiza, Rimini and Amsterdam and being played at clubs in the UK like Passion, Shoom and Yikes - I decided it was time to give up the disco and dedicate my time to playing in clubs and running my own parties.
 
By hassling other DJ's and any promoter who's phone number I could get I was lucky in 1995 to be firmly routed as resident DJ to one of the UK's biggest club nights (and first super clubs) of that era in the massively popular Full Monty and soon after the legendary House of Windsor - both located at the 2000 capacity Mirage nightclub in Windsor. 
I then followed the Full Monty to their new home in Reading, long before Reading became a UK hotspot for clubbing with clubs like Mangoes where I now play guest spots.

I have always held the belief that I am here to entertain and not educate the dance floor and I possess a remarkable ability to set a dance floor on fire from my first track. I fully use the 30 years of musical knowledge I have gained, forging it into a two hour microcosm of dance music with a soulful yet tough edge. I definitely have my own sound.

Production came much later. I just didn't have the time to run a family and a 9 til 5 job and find time to get into a studio as well. 
That's all changed now with my two sons growing up and I'm experimenting with a number of different styles fusing together elements from my favourite artists, remixers and genres - sometimes all in the same track.

I'm still learning and have a long way to go but if I can produce music like I can play it then watch out world.

Y muy buenos djs locales también Su carrera como productor acaba de empesar con su primer  track drum shaker un track sencillo.
