ในระยะหลังที่ผมได้พูดคุยกับผู้บริหารในองค์กรชั้นนำหรือเจ้าของแบรนด์หลายๆ ท่าน ผมมักได้ยินคำว่า Fasting อยู่บ่อยๆ ผมเลยเริ่มศึกษาข้อมูลและทราบภายหลังว่าคำคำนี้กำลังเป็นคำที่นิยมอย่างมากในหมู่คนซิลิคอนวัลเลย์ เป้าหมายไม่ใช่เพื่อลดน้ำหนัก แต่เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน
