Free Shelter invites the unheralded legend of the Finnish Electronic Music landscape, @theofficialjorihulkkonen, for the 19th instalment of their” guest mix series on Ida Radio. 

Huh… where can we begin?

Hailed by some as the “most underrated producer in the world”, with works for artists such as Chromeo, Kid Cudi, Robyn, and Lydia Lunch alongside collaborations with people as versatile as John Foxx, Jose Gonzales, Jesper Dahlbäck to give you a taste. We’ve often written how honored we are to have some of our guests, rarely (if ever) has it been truer than now.

For this mix, Jori showcases a sort of underground side with hints of real House, synth lines that make you do a double take, esoteric techno with flawless mixing. Really the way his fans are accustomed to, and what can be expected from the legend himself. We just want to say bravo and thank you!

Over the years, he has booked the likes of Black Merlin, Antoni Maiovvi, Manfredas, Hugo Capablanca, Willie Burns, Man Power, MR TC, In Flagranti, DJ Overdose, Nathan Gregory Wilkins, Patrick Russell, Brennan Green, Naduve, and more around Brooklyn and Manhattan's top venues.
