The sonic sorcerers are back, from the ether. The tonic of plasmogamy merged the sorcerers and transported their minds to a far away realm from which they have returned with auditory treasures.

As they explored this new realm they heard whispers of a secret messiah that would cure them of their maladies.

They found the organic monolith the Astral Zucchinia a higher consciousness whose purpose was to align the duos constitution.

Months in confinement the two harnessed their new found vigor to transmute their discoveries into musical form.

These are the teachings of Astral Zucchinia.

Yo! Check out this cheeky remix I did for Spanish psy-breaks maestro, Frequency Less. I’ve been meaning to do something for Sub Element for quite some time, but have been so busy cracking on with life and other musical endeavours that it’s taken me ages to actually get around to it. So when they sent me the Travel remix pack I was all over it, plus at that point i’d recently finished renovating the studio, so couldn’t wait to get cracking on something in there. This was actually the first track I finished with my new setup, it taught me about the sound of my room and helped me adjust to both the sub and the acoustic treatment. Also this was the first track i’d managed to finish in less than a week for years! Anyway, I hope you enjoy it, and as always spread the love if you do :)

This track is the second one from a EP coming on the wellkown label managed by Blazer called Neom Recordings, the second track was made with my friend MartOpeter bringing some Psybreaks back to the dancefloor.

Based in Spain, and born into a family of classical musicians, Ricky has been practicing and performing since he was 5 years old. He is classically trained and has played the Horn as a soloist in Orchestras around the world.

He discovered Psytrance in 2010 and began focusing his musical efforts on sound design and production. In 2011 he launched his first electronic music project Frequency Less, focused on Psychedelic Breaks and Downtempo and has released EP’s on labels such as: Luminus Music, TEK records, V.I.M Breaks, Sub Element recordings, Zero Gravity Records, Rune Recordings, Dropland Recordings and more. He has collaborated with artists such as: Hedflux, Bad Tango, Chris Voro, Too dusty, Kwah, Sketi, Bphreak, Neurodriver,,,,etc

In 2015 he launched his second project ''Render’’, focused on full-power psytrance and releasing and playing on Mutagen Records alongside artists such as Tristan, Koxbox, Dirty Saffi, Dust, Mad maxx, Contineum, Hypnoise, U-Recken, Champa, Ital, Hypogeo, Neil Moore, Vert3x, Lupin, and Neurodriver.

Recently(2016-2018), Ricky has been making tracks for some good and well known labels from around the world, as Mutagen Records, YSE Records and Digital OM. But lately has been added to Reversible Records (2018), preparing some good new stuff with Render side project.
