'Accretion’ is a double-album exploration in carving out a refreshing new territory in modern Jazz – one that strikes a balance between hard funk grooves and complex music theory, complicated arrangements and heavily headnoddable beats – all tied together with universally engaging melodies and textured with a “refined grit” palette to forge a sound that is uniquely Chapman’s own.

The album serves as an exciting manifesto for a step forward into the future of traditional brass music, and it’s one that we’re honored to help bring to the world.
