Fresh Steps are a collective of musicians, writers, singers and producers from the south coast. Initially running a series of intimate parties in their local town with a live jam, they swiftly moved into recording their music.  Their debut album “The Sound of Urban Soul-Jazz Vol. 1” was released early 2013. The album was voted Jazz FM Album of the Week - getting good spins at radio. The band also featured live on BBC Radio 4's Loose Ends programme, BBC London and the Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show on BBC 6 Music.

Philadelphia based Soul/Jazz/RnB music publishing company started by Chester, PA writer/producer Emanuel M. Campbell that has been releasing music for over 50 years. Artist include: The Nu'rons, Tearra, The Rotations, Alice Taylor, The New Establishment, Nadine Brown, The Delights, Ebony Evans and more!

These are some of the sounds in my head.  

First from my head to my iPad.

On the iPad I use Garageband.

From there I use an M Audio Axiom 49 keyboard controller and my DAW (Logic Pro X) Other than collaborating artists there are no other external instruments used.

As you will see I don't like to stay in one genre for too long and sometimes my tracks are made up of more than one genre.

Most of my early tracks are raw, no filters and straight to SoundCloud.  Some are just ideas that I just had to get out.  In the last couple years I've started producing the tracks on a more professional level.

All tracks are created from scratch, every note, every beat is mine. 

As you will notice I love to collaborate with other artists.  Some of my favorite musical geniuses have agreed to add their magic, flavor and color to my musical canvases.  I thank them and hope you visit their SoundCloud pages as well.
