Back around 2013 I made this mix, on a windows XP laptop , on a free mixer program I had found online.

Playing with turn tables and beat pads at friends houses made me want to party but I don’t have any DJ equipment yet.

Some day soon there will be more.

We humans live relatively long lives on some lightweight planet in a gravity-poor corner of this milky way. Time passes slowly along our whereabouts. What about light-riding aliens taking and losing an interest in us for exactly these reasons?

The main goal of my trip to Lorraine in the east of France was to record Common Midwife Toads. The location was an old disused quarry just outside Lérouville and knowing the toads begin calling after dusk, I arrived early to have time to scope out the location. I was immediately greeted by a group of very vocal Pool Frogs, their calls echoing around the quarry. I captured this recording much later that night, just after midnight.
