Tommy 2000 - The 17 year old UK whizz has come out of nowhere to intrigue a fan base that is rapidly growing, with his intense blend of breaks, bass and overall vibes that go far beyond his age. Tommy is a Producer from Durham in the UK. Still early in his career he has released amongst the greats Like Kettama, Mall Grab and DJ Haus as a part of the VSN World compilation. He has already made a name for himself on the radio waves with 2 rinse FM shows within the space of a couple of months.

The 5th offering from QRUK comes in the form of Boom Bap EP by RAY, with longtime label favourite Jamie Unknown on the remix. Leeds based producer, RAY, is truly one to watch for 2021.

Delivering his debut EP, QRUK005 features 2 original, hard-hitting tracks.  Boom Bap is a 90s style, choppy, rave influenced banger, which captures high energy, peak time feeling.  Flip It brings a faster more drum-heavy follow up, starting with deep, synth chords and progressing in vibrancy throughout.  Both paired with deep cut vocal samples, these are sure to make some noise. 

Finally, Jamie Unknown's NRG Mix is a more bass-driven track, building on Ray's use of influences whilst entwined with Jamie's unique style.  With heavy use of breaks and vocal chops, Jamie continues carving his space into the underground world.

Dublin based producer and DJ, Burnout, steps up to the plate for the latest instalment of the Presence Records mix series. Taking influences from 90’s hardcore, jungle and dubstep, Burnout pushes his signature style of break heavy, emotionally charged bass music, with selections ranging across the sounds of artists such as DJ Plead, Benton, and Overmono, to name but a few.
With an appearance on Rinse France, a debut release on VSN World, alongside artists such as Kettama, Mall Grab, Prozak and X Club, and supporting artists such as Shampain and Bob Sleigh, Burnout is one to watch.
