Larose and Fabre are DJs from Québec, they are working together to bring a new flow in the House & Techno scene.

Fabre, who was born in Paris, played in the underground scene of Toronto and Hamilton Ontario at Funhaus, Comfort Zone, Guvernment, Up Lounge, Cds nightclub and at multiple underground events in secret places.

Larose born in Alberta, played in multiple clubs in Québec, Dj resident of Le Drague nightclub, L’éclipse, Kaméleon as well as Electronic music events: Funkhouser show, Le Cercle events and Monique la nuit record label. His melodic and underground vibe of House and Techno made him well known for his grooves.

Fabre's first big event was when he played on the new talent Stage at the WEMF 2006 (World electronic music festival) in Tweed Ontario for a 100% Vinyl techno set.

Larose born in Alberta, played in multiple clubs in Québec, Dj resident of Le Drague nightclub, L’éclipse, Kaméleon as well as Electronic music events: Funkhouser show, Le Cercle events and Monique la nuit record label. His melodic and underground vibe of House and Techno made him well known for his grooves.

Initially inspired by some late-night local radio shows in the DR – his home country - LUIKA’s interest in electronic music began from a very young age. Back in 2000 he met his first DJs - Jhon Aquaviva, Derrick May and Danny Tenaglia among others - whom he hasn't stopped following. His early years as an electronic music follower were highly influenced by several styles like Acid, House, Electro, Tribal, Progressive and Trance. Even though he enjoyed and followed electronic music, it wasn't until much later that the idea of becoming a DJ and share his music and style came to mind. By this time he had experienced other styles like Minimal, Deep-House and Techno with DJ Producers like Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano, Richie Hawtin and Dubfire which ended up being part of his style.
 
His friends and his instance helped him to become part of the DJ community and by 2003 he started playing in private parties and became resident DJ in some local Clubs. He later experimented an underground scene that became an unstoppable passion.
 
For many years he has been working on his own mixing style and sound by gathering all his music influence in one place and decided to share it with the world through “Between the Beats” - his musical podcast distributed on various platforms.
 
Between the Beats’ brings together a variety of artists, genres and moods from house to hard techno which occupy many trending and important dance floors from the culture of Electronic Dance Music.
 
Along with other interesting ideas to share the love for music, LUIKA will be also posting about local presentations, studio mixes, DJ collaborations to his podcast and his own productions. Stay tuned and find out what is coming next with this guy.
