Brother Andre P's Mónada Brahma - °Aligned To Brahman° will definetely bring you to other spheres. 
The russian dj and producer exposes a delicious sound journey of deeply rolling & flowing downtempo beats. Get excited for a trip through dope valleys, hypnotic canions and sweet peaks – always accompanied by pure coolness. What a spectacular ride!

Grown up in Saint Petersburg, Andre spend years of travelling and experiencing the world from different perspectives, exploring both eastern and western cultures. He has travelled through middle eastern countries, South-East-Asia, Russia, Europe, Indonesia and India. He participated meditations in Nepal and has been djing in Goa, Japan and Bali. All of his colorful travels made a huge impact on his musical concept which turned his sound into a multi-faceted script full of deep, hypnotic and damn sexy vibes.
Coming back to his native city Saint Petersburg, which always was a cradle for rock and electronic music streams in Russia, he met his old fellow Droomie who has been a bass guitar player in several local rock bands. Together they decided to start a new project where they can realise new musical conceptions of producing and playing live sets joined by bass guitar. The outcome got released on labels like Leveldva, Wanderlust Musica, Druma, Baikal Nomads, Human Resources and MÒNADA – you can catch Salguero's Remix of Andre P & Droomie's freshly released EP °Omar° here in the mix.

Brahmanism is a philosophy and a way of life, originating from the history of the Vedas, practised on the basis of specific inferred beliefs. The fundamental and principle belief of Brahmanism defines Brahman and its attributeless element that was first captured by the Rishis who compiled the Vedas. The core concepts of Brahmanism are significantly aligned with metaphysics, questioning what is actually real, the validity of time, of being, of consciousness, the origin and basis of all existence. 
Brahman as the all-pervading, all-eternal and the prime cause of all that moves and does not move and everything that ever existed, that exists now, and that is going to exist. The Atman, the monad, the soul – forms the second most important concept in Brahmanism. The Atman is considered to be the source of all vitality among humans. 
"That which existed before creation, that which constitutes the existent whole, and that into which all creation dissolves is the all-pervading Brahman, and the cycle of creation, sustenance, and destruction of the universe is endless." (Kena Upanishad)

One of my favorite festivals in the World is the Radio Meuh Circus Festival nestled in the small ski village of Clusaz in the French Alps. It was quite an honor & excitement to play an entire night start to finish to kick off the 2019 festival with my partner in Turntables on the Hudson sound system, Nappy G on percussion. Although his drum head broke in the middle of the night, he managed to make magic & keep the rhythms flowing till the end freestyle with me on the CDJ's making beats, him rocking the broken congas & a beautiful charged up crowd keeping the energy very high! We get down anywhere anytime full of passion & heart & if you can imagine this very packed crowd sweating all up on top of each other, dancing, smiling, grinding, drinking... you get the idea of a Radio Meuh, Turntables on the Hudson, Alps, Nile, Ramblas, Danube, Ipanema, Caribbean vibes! Shayan Ghadiri Aka Shan Nash Born 1986 in Balochestan . Shan Nash’s collective music, part self-produced, captivating other-worldly sounds, part extended live performances that transport audiences to the most majestic and dreamy lands across the globe is the raconteur of his life’s journey. A producer and DJ, Shan embodies the intrinsic characteristics of a true artist: passion, love, empathy and the desire to connect every soul through his calling. A native of Iran, a place that still holds his heart yet sought to persecute him for his very deep devotion to music and artistry, Shan’s drawn to the sounds of the East, a signature mark embedded in his art.
Since leaving Tehran, a city that embraced his sounds in its deep underground, Shan has found himself in L.A. via Istanbul, where he further developed his musical skills.
Aside his monthly residency, Shan continues to cast his musical spells across the world through his long-format sets, while continuing to add to his collection of remixes and productions

The mix kicks off with Bruce Channel's 'Hey! Baby' (that song you've heard the crowd sing after every gig you've been too). The decade saw revolutions play out in the street, presidents assassinated, and the ideologies of war and peace clash head-on. All of this played out to The Rolling Stones, to The Supremes, to The Jackson 5, and yet, the most beautiful part of this decade was the unashamed positivity in music, during a time that gave the world so much to be unhappy about. The mix ends the same way so many of our DJ sets have; with Todd Terje's edit of 'Stuck In The Middle With You' - because how could you finish any other way?
