For the next episode of The Frontier we welcome Vincent Raude, Who has released music under a variety of alias , but is probably best know for his work as - Upwellings

  In his own word - “Upwellings is a project trying to explore the possibilities of dub in the minimalist techno environment”

Upwellings has been releasing music since around 2008 and has become a true stable of the Dub Techno scene. He is an incredibly consistent artist having carved out a unique deep atmospheric sound, his records never leave our bags. His level of consistency and quality have rewarded him with releases on some of the best Dub Techno labels around, his release on Greyscale - Lark Dub / Fed on Dub is a release that particularly stands out. He has also worked a lot with the spclnch lads and had some beautiful releases.   

For his Frontier mix, Vincent has presented a Hybrid Dj mix, working with Ableton, the mix is comprised of purely his own Upwellings tracks. It’s a near 2 hour journey that mutates and develops perfectly throughout. It really shows the depth of his creativity.   

We are thankful to have been able to work with Vincent and be able to showcase his music.
