There are many different ways that the biosphere affects climate. Some produce greenhouse gases and promote warming of our planet through the greenhouse effect, while others reduce the amount of greenhouse gases promoting cooling of our planet. Thereby, by trapping heat, greenhouse gases contribute to our planet's warming and the biosphere provides the necessary environmental conditions for survival. And of course, Biosphere is the moniker of one Geir Janssen, who has been a constant influence on ambient music throughout his career. Ambient Sessions # 90 - Paranoid Soul

The 5th element known as space or aether is the material that fills the region of the universe beyond the terrestrial sphere. Integrating experimental techno, actual samples from deep space radioscopy (specifically recordings of pulsars), and spoken words by Dr. Frank Drake (a senior scientist with the SETI Institute).  While Project Phoenix scanned about 1,000 stars all within 200 light years, the distance away from Earth makes the travel even further to Proxima Centauri, Ophiuchi & Omega Nebula.

Deep Space Dreams Apollo 11 Mix (Day 1)

It's the first sunday of March and this is the 126th Ambient Sessions presented by Deep Electronics. These monthly released sessions brings you the best and the most diversity Ambient music can offer. This month Garda brings mixtape with a diversity of ambient music here at this channel. Experimental, bliss, etheral and etnic sounds are combined into his chapter for the Ambient Sessions.

About:
Garda is a solo ambient music project by Simas Gardauskas, based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Since 2018, when it originally started as a downtempo music project, Garda has been gradually shifting towards more ambient / dark ambient / drone influenced sounds which are also strongly accompanied with field recordings which are constantly being recorded while traveling the world. Currently music by Garda is mostly either self released or being released on some music labels such as Neotantra, Atlantea Records and so on.

Ambient Sessions # 126 - Garda

Dub techno is sometimes produced with vocals resulting in surprinsingly good results more than often. I ve selected 25 tracks which features vocalists (and some vocal samples) like Paul St-Hilaire and Benji. This is slowly meandering spacedub with deep, peaceful and dreamy lush ambient pads and dubby basslines. Though the old Rhythm & Sound influence is still clear—especially on the track Child was I—but what these producers are making truly feels fresh.

The Vocalists of Dub Techno

Freedom 7, or Mercury-Redstone 3, was the first United States human spaceflight, on May 5, 1961, piloted by astronaut Alan Shepard. Three weeks earlier, op April 12 1961, Russian astronaut Yuri Gagarin had made his historic single orbit around Earth. so Shephard was the second human to travel into space. Ten years later, in 1971, he became the fifth person to walk on the moon, at age 47, during the Apollo 14-mission.

"The Final Chapter" unfolds over 4 minutes and 16 seconds of serene, immersive ambience. Soft, evolving textures drift like mist through a quiet soundscape, building a gentle sense of closure and reflection. Layers of airy pads and subtle drones create a warm yet spacious atmosphere, perfect for moments of meditation, focus, or emotional release. With its delicate dynamics and cinematic undertone, this piece feels like the last page of a long journey, both tranquil and bittersweet.

Music curator and a selector. Avid record collector (cd's and vinyls) and a mixologist since the late 1990's. Radio show host from 2000 to 2009. Resident DJ from 2002 to 2012. Since the 1990's, I spend upwards to 50 to 60 hours a week listening to new releases or older music. Every mix is a curation process of several months and often more than a year (especially dub techno & ambient)
