The tracks on 'Home Alone' were primarily written and recorded by multi-instrumentalist Jeff Haley. A native Virginian, Jeff composed these songs in the basement of his current home in Portland, OR, nicknamed "Milk House." This compilation is his first solo endeavor, the manifestations of his time alone in the Pacific Northwest.

In 2022 Furious Hooves and Loretta Blue’s own self-founded Frillimcaster Records Unlimited teamed up to release ‘Collected Streams: Singing Songs 2014-2021’ digitally worldwide and on limited edition vinyl on April 15th 2021. The album comes as a kind-of “best of” collection of “singing songs” from Loretta’s Museum originally recorded between 2014 and 2021. The 12” vinyl was also offered as deluxe bundle that included a long-sleeve shirt designed by Loretta with wild horses on the front and a poem on the back.

I painted the palace sunset yellow 
I ate half of a grapefruit, two hard boiled eggs and one scoop of goat yogurt every morning 
I bought a carton of Camel cigarettes and smoked every single one 
but then I quit and took up running

I wrote 67 love letters and received 5 replies 
I napped in the bunkers 
I lost my favorite shirt and 380 dollars in the wind 
my camera broke and my shoes wore out

I knew it was me there

"I found an image of someone molding clay hands into the fragile unevenness of plastic sheathing. I took a photo of that photo and placed it between a projector mirror and my center. I bowed beneath it with microphone in hand, elbows acute and catching breath on the offbeat. I rotated the stereo out to a mono in and cut off the high end so the remaining warbles could slowly boil in the cauldron." - Loretta Blue.

Horse Culture is a proto-minimal goth rock act founded in Blacksburg, VA in 2015, comprised of Timothy Jacob Hawks, Nika McKagen, and Walter Porter. They lead an agnostic prayer for our collective suffering. Through reiterated chords, musical phrases, and warmth in tonality, Horse Culture strives for an emotional resonance in this slow trudge toward death.

You can join the ritual, summoning Southern Goth Rock, with Horse Culture's debut House on limited edition Cassette Tape May 26th, 2017.
