"Furtherfell - Vive La Révolution" follows on from the King Papyrus ending, where Toriel, Undyne, Mettaton, and Asgore have all been killed, leaving Papyrus as the only option for a good leader. He vows to do better then the Tyrant before him; he sees good in all of his people, buried beneath their evil and cruelty, and he will force it out of them no matter the cost. These good intentions spiral out of control, until the underground becomes a Totalitarian Dictatorship with the new King at the helm, arguably in a worse state than the previous rule. Humans are to be treated as enemies, to prevent another tragedy such as this.

His own brother is now the enemy of the people, and therefore his own enemy, and yet the people have cast Sans out as well. There is nowhere he can turn where he won't be loathed by someone, and this has caused him to just stop caring anymore. Now he stalks the new Human throughout the Underground, ready to kill them as soon as they do something he does not agree with. He's cruel, spiteful, vindictive and self-loathing, and even his posture has suffered during his own downfall.

Flowey in this branch has lost everything. Both parents of his are dead, and his 'friend' Papyrus has gone off the rails. Technically he has slipped into the role of Toriel, guiding the Human through the Ruins and protecting them from Sans, but he is not resigned to just the Ruins. He's cold, harsh, blunt and rude, and terrified of letting people get too close to him due to how he was previously scorned by Frisk. He's traumatised... But there's more to it than he's willing to discuss.

Papyrus takes the role of Asgore. He's the current ruler of the Underground, or the "underworld." as his brother has nicknamed it. He rarely leaves his Throne Room, instead summoning his Royal Guard to handle any disturbances and uprisings (of which there are many). In his time as a monarch he has become lonely, isolated and rather brutal. He does not fear doing horrific things for he knows his intentions are pure, and he does not quite recognise that he has long-since crossed the threshold into evil. He wears a lot of Asgore's armour and sits in his Throne, and the talk amongst the common folk is that he is becoming more and more like the old leader with every passing day...

For clarification, I know that when people hear Finale has to be used in the brass meaning the 1st part of Finale, I decided not to, because I had already done that in a similar fashion in DEPRIVATION, and I didn't want to be repetitive.

It says here FURTHERFELL is a SERIES of AUs, what are its variations?

FURTHERFELL has several variations to represent the different neutral outcomes which UNDERTALE (and therefore UNDERFELL) can have. We do not have all of the hypothetical variations possible out as branches, since that would take too much work, so we only have Incomplete Pacifist (Rethroned) King Mettaton (Drama! Romance! Bloodshed!), King Papyrus (Vive La Révolution), and.. That one doesn't exist. Also there's a self insert.

How do neutral endings work? Are you using the Trust, Betrayal, and Closure system? 
FURTHERFELL does follow the Canonfell system of neutral endings, which is explained here.
