Our next artist comes to us from Prague but currently based in Spain. Since her first gig six years ago she has established herself as a solid contributor to the scene in the Czech republic, Slovakia and Hungary.  She delivers us a punchy display of deeper techno with hypnotic tones, thick basslines and dreamy vibes.  She is known for with her love of deep and hypnotic techno with the spiritual  kind of harmony from another universe. Please welcome @adelia_adelia

Anders Hellberg [Cinus]

Anders Hellberg, origins from south of Sweden but has his home and studio in Berlin. He started to make music in the early 2000's. Likes to do things from scratch and has got a big love for modular synthesizers and complex patches. The tracks are hypnotic and deep. 2020 he formed his own record label Cinus. Anders Hellberg released many high quality EP's on different respectable labels out there.

This week we are glad to feature the Swedish-Norwegian artist Eyvind Blix. Based in Berlin, he is a prolific DJ and producer. He hosts a captivating and deep techno sound to create strong, cinematic atmospheres. Eyvind has released on labels such as Semantica, Polegroup's sub-label Aine and Oslated in the past, has played in clubs such as Tresor and at festivals such as Monument recently.

In this mix expect droney, hypnotic textures across the full audible spectrum. So buckle up and enjoy.

Revelation of Sound is pleased to present Klara. Coming from the Land of the Sun, Klara is a prominent artist creating her mark on the global psychedelic, deep and hypnotic techno scene. Her musical talent blossomed in early childhood and nourished in a classical music school as a soprano singer. After mutual band attempts as a teen, she returns to her psychedelic roots, rediscovering a new sense of meaning between the technological and organic realms. She started her DJ-ing career as a resident of the all-girl techno crew Code XX's events in 2015 and is responsible for some of the most forward-thinking electronic sounds coming from North Macedonia. Two years later she starts producing and soon after presents her music in various authentic concert settings such as an ambient live act in a Planetarium, AV concert in the Macedonian philharmonic hall, 18th century church, various regional and international festivals and warehouses with her techno live act such as Mo:dem. The desire to transform nature’s vibrations into sonic soundscapes is an inevitable part of her journey which may be perceived through her creative work. With her comprehensive DJ and live performances, highly induced by her deep philosophical background and psychological practice, Klara has grown into an artist able to bring a special kind of transcendental state to each of her shows.   She has appeared with her original works on VA compilations for Warok Music, Charybdis, Oslated, Deep Electronics, as well as presented some of her music on the Hypnus Memoirs. Her debut album was just released by prominent Spanish label Annuled Music… and another EP was announced for their sub-label Rites.   Inspired by her ambient project Vedis, she collides the two worlds and brings the Lasya Project to life. Hosting a monthly show focused on atmospheric music in a local online radio, she started inviting artists and labels to showcase their work.

Hey hey ya’ll.

It’s that time again. We’re feeling immense gratitude for being able to bring you another memorable ride, this time from DJ, producer and label owner, Anders Hellberg.

Listening to Anders’ mix (#144) was exactly the lift we needed. You know those days when you’re feeling stuck, the sun is out and the sky is blue out but all you’re seeing is grey clouds… well we all know music has the ability to get us out of her heads and into the moment and we couldn’t be more grateful to Anders for gifting us with the perfect pick-me-up to help us do just that.

The Berlin based artist (with releases on Northallsen Records, Circular Limited, NFEREE, to name but a few) and founder of the CINUS label mixes up a perfect blend of the deep, hypnotic, uplifting and driving, creating the ultimate mood enhancing journey. With each kick drum we felt ourselves edge closer to feeling more connected, and as the journey evolved, so did our mood.

Life is so many things, always shifting and changing, sometimes happy, sometimes sad, and everything in-between. What is constant is our love for the music and its ability to bring us back to ourselves, to re-connect, find grounding and clear those clouds away.

Into The Abyss #020 | Kontinum

Initially inspired by the subcultural scene of his hometown of Lübeck, the young artist was strongly influenced by the predominant sound of the Leipzig techno scene. Especially the infamous Institut fuer Zukunft and its hypnotic and dissociative sound significantly formed his
distinctive style and quickly paved his way into the local scene.
Over the years his sonic palette grew and now reaches from soothing ambient and downtempo to dark and dissociative contemporary techno.

In 2017 Kontinum co-founded the collective Nebula and, after organising their first raves, the collective quickly found its way into Leipzig's club scene and managed to establish its own event series at Institut fuer Zukunft.

In addition to managing most of Nebula's musical affairs, Kontinum continues to steadily enhance his own remarkable sound which can already be listened to on his releases on labels such as The Gods Planet, Lowless and Agos.

On the 13th episode of Lasya, we had a signature-style mix by host @klara_vedis, delivered to us in audio-only straight from Frankfurt. For the second hour, she has invited an artist coming from Leipzig - @kontinum, who contributed a live mix including only his original works. On this show, you could also hear the remix he did for Klara - The Desert Of Dream track, coming soon on Circular Limited. 

Guest Bio: 
Jonas, who grew up in the far north of Germany, moved to Leipzig after
20 years of wind and rain. There he was quickly inspired by the
prevailing sounds of the Institut fuer Zukunft and finally started the
Kontinum project in 2016 with a focus on atmospheric and dissociative
Techno. Over the years, the palette of sounds grew and now ranges from
ambient to deep techno to contemporary club-oriented techno.

In 2017, he founded the Nebula collective with a couple of friends and
started hosting the first illegal events. In the course of time, Nebula
has also found its way into the Leipzig club scene and is now an
integral part of it.

Over the years, Jonas has continued to develop and perfect his own sound
and has had the chance to release on labels such as The Gods Planet,
Lowless and Circular Limited.

Since 2021, he has the privilege of being a resident at Institut fuer
Zukunft.

Lasya - Klara & Kontinum (18.02.22)

Christian Scalas aka Kryss Hypnowave, was born in 1973 in Sardinia. He fell in love with music at the age of 15 years, starting to frequent a local radio station. The first gigs followed with residencies at K2 club and the Sueno de Ibiza club for 3 years. Very soon he entered the Sound of Mix roaster, which led him to play in many European events such as Goliath, Infinity, Dreamland, Lake & Street Parade and many other premier European clubs. Slowly his sound changed and his liking inclined towards deep, hypnotic and dark techno - never too fast, with a deep groove and of course mesmerising atmospheres. Kryss Hypnowave is a very active producer with multiple releases between vinyl and digital releases on Planet Rhythm, Edit Select, Seance, Subsist, Att series, No way, Black, Circular Limited, Traumshallplatten, with special remixes by Claudio PRC, Edit Select, Akob and many more.

Kryss Hypnowave also carries on his very personal ambient project under his real name ‘Christian Scalas’, with 2 albums released on Japanese Anay and Monobass project with his friend DJ Datch. Sound is his work, a mixing and mastering engineer by profession, he also teaches the art of sound synthesis and design.
