Future Engineers stride onward with their latest release, the All Inside EP, out now on Transference. This marks the duo’s first EP in 23 years, following their acclaimed Technetium EP on Good Looking Records in 2002.

‘Time and Place’

On the wind-swept cliffs where the sky bruises into dusk, angelic whispers drift like forgotten hymns, weaving through the salt-heavy air. Below, waves shatter against the ancient rocks, their thunder a chorus to the murmured prayers of the sea. Across the wide, breathless grasslands, the ghosts of lost souls glide in silence, their presence felt more than seen, a chill in the breeze, a shimmer in the fading light, as if this ‘Time and Place’ remembers every story ever wept into its soil.

Future Engineers have been producing drum & bass since 1996, with releases on labels such as LTJ Bukem’s Good Looking Records, Blame’s 720 Degrees, Renegade, Partisan, and Vibez.

Transference was launched by Lee in 2010, kicking off with the Future Engineers ‘Ellipse’ EP. The label was established for Lee’s solo material as Future Engineers, but evolved to include various other projects with the likes of Electrosoul System, Sunchase, Operon, Cutworks, Radicall, Dauntless and Fuj.
