The sound of Hidalgos is full of influences ranging from the cosmic sounds of the Kaftwerk and Tangerin Dream to the math-rock of the Don Caballero with recalls of ambient atmospheres. The sound of the clean guitar is opposed to that of the guitar made creating balances and sometimes contrasts, the electronics instead aims to emphasize the most dreamlike part of the compositions stimulating the imagination of the listener. The rhythm of the band is entrusted to the drum machine that punctuates the groove and characterizes the synthetic character of the sound. In the songs of the Hidalgos drum machine and bass create a plot that recalls rock and funk, maintaining the function of pushing the movement, giving energy that stimulates the listener to travel.

Just a guy who plays the keyboard purely on judgement and visual memory. Like experimenting even though the sound of the keyboard that I use is in no way better than the worst keyboard you've heard. But it is what I have to do with at the moment. So much more to say but am not good with words.
