so this is a remix I did for the lovely Phoebe Ryan - the original is such a beautiful, uplifting thing, but it took me awhile to wrap my head around what to do with it. so i closed my eyes, took some deep breaths, lit some candles, said some voodoo chants etc etc, and boom the remix was done

but actually this was one of the smoothest, least bang my head against the keyboard remixes i've ever done. it's a bit different than a lot of my other stuff, but everything just flowed super well when i was making it and i'm really happy with how it came out, so ENJOY!! and keep an eye out, news about next original tune coming soon!

We are excited to finally get to re-launch our releases after our hiatus on Future Generation with the magnificent single Paralyzed by Arcando, featuring vocals by the American singer/songwriter Jeffrey James. 

After starting his year with an official remix for R3HAB & Sofia Carson and a release on Revealed Recordings, the Dutch dj/producer Arcando returns to Future Generation for his second single on the label.

Paralyzed is once again a prime representation of Arcando’s signature style in infusing real instrumentation into electronic music. The real artistry here is that the artists managed to create the organic feeling of a band coming together to jam on a song. There are identifiable elements that you can pick apart and each one seemingly has their own sense of character and personality - just like every band member would have. From start to finish, this song is an incredible journey through the ups and downs of an on-and-off relationship that will hold you its willing hostage until the very last second.
