Beautifully sung and narrated by SOUNDR, the song tells a profound story about mental struggles, led by the dynamic electric guitar and sorrowful lyrics - "...maybe I’ll get dressed on a better day, when I’m feeling up to feeling anything..."

SOUNDR & Fells reflect on the theme: "‘Going Down’ was written on one of those days where you just sit in a kind of comical apathy - where everything has been so heavy and frustrating for so long that you develop this angst towards life.

It's that constant feeling of “things can’t stay like this forever..” It’s about that internal struggle with mental health that people around you might not notice, but is very real, and colors everything in your world."
