Copenhagen’s Anders Trentemøller has long been respected as a creator of extraordinarily memorable melodies and dark soundscapes. While many artists follow a pattern of invention and reinvention, Anders’ arc has been a series of points along the same curve, playing the long game with each release representing the next chapter in a constantly evolving series.

Dreamweaver continues on this track, combining elements of shoegaze, dark wave, motorik, noise rock and somber, introspective takes on electronic pop but in a considerably more psychedelic manner. The chronology of its 10 songs is an immersive experience that presents additional otic pleasures when headphones are strapped on.

Rubber Dust is a project that sees the light in the spring of 2011 by the will of the DJ and producer Michael Duscio and musician Roberto Consolini.

Our heroes take their first steps along the path of researching for the typical club sound without neglecting melodic exceptions and in May 2012 they produce their first work, an EP for the Substudio label, containing two tracks (Dumdumbo and Groovemind) and a remix (by Andrea Giuliani and Luca Rossetti).

This is followed a little later by their first live performance at the Gratis Club of Senigallia.

In the summer / autumn 2012 Rubber Dust make the decision to develop their sound, incorporating into their project some drum session by the drummer Matteo "Tegu" Sideri, thanks to which the songs appear to gain a more complete and determined groove.

At the end of 2012 the birth of a small and determined label from Marche, Lithium, marks a turning point: in March of 2013 Lithium produces and publishes two new singles from Rubber Dust, ie Fish Dish and Simple Mind with Manuel de Lorenzi and Dhamol 33 Remix . For the same label in November Rubber Dust release, an EP entitled Ghost Chains, including as many as 6 tracks.

2014 is the year of acceleration, in February an EP with 3 original tracks and 3 remixes ( realised by Yefim Malko, Planctophob, Roundhead) is released for minim.all (Wood Circles) followed after a couple of months by the remix of a song by Max Bear (Andromeda) for Banm Records and a new remix for Kunststoff Fernseher, a track from Fapples (Muffin). The solar year ends proudly with the release of Vulnus Dare (new ep includes 3 tracks) for 2Owls Records, a smaller label owned by Baile Musik.

The guys do not seem to get tired yet and new EP of 4 tracks entitled minim.all (Uncontrolled Pulse), is ready to see the light in early 2015, and the interesting exhibition Naturec sees the duo embark on a new live done with machines and analog filters in interaction with Ableton Live.

During the spring of 2015 Rubber Dust create a video clip in collaboration with Marco Mezzanotte (camera operator and editor) for a song played in their new live.
The word “boring” cannot apply to the future of the duo, two new remixes will be very shortly released, one for Banm Records and one for Lalabel Records, and a release of 2 new songs for Lithium will follow shortly... stay tuned! !!

Birdsmakingmachine is a collective of wandering artists interested in music, design and off course, birds.

Back in the second year of the no time era, in an old distant continent, after long and dangerous journeys on their own, a few wandering artists met in a deserted pub in the dullest walled city ever imagined. They spent one thousand and one nights drinking and talking and they heard no sound. The city was in complete silence, except for the distant noise of the factories where all the people in town gathered and spent their days and nights.

The idea of a life between walls, surrounded by machine noise was a burden for them.

They agreed it was not a coincidence their meeting there. They felt deep inside the desire to stay. They knew they were up to a big revolution. Freedom was about to come. It was time to break the silence. 

After some deliberation, they came up with an idea. 

Each of them had a special talent, some sacred tools they used to develop a never before seen machine. They spend a long second immersed in the process until they finally built a machine capable of making birds… 

The joy of the gypsies, the wonder of the forest, the craziness of the south and the nonsense of the world were now making sense and sounds. 

The birdsmakingmachine started to free musical birds that spread the language of the soul in the winds. The birds flew away in the distance and their singing never stopped.

A-XIOM, a Montreal-based producer, started out in minimal and techno before evolving into Hardtek and Tribecore. His sound is defined by punchy kicks, tight breaks, and melodies that bring a personal touch to his energetic universe. He has collaborated with Ratzotek, Anonyma, Binary Asymmetrix, Greab, Zimo from Zone 33, and many others, with releases on labels such as Killer Strike, Oxymor Records, UGT – Underground Tekno, and Batz Collective.
