Music to listen to while wandering through an airport; they seem to have a unique atmosphere, perhaps contributed  to by the equalization of all people into 'travelers'. Unique also in cases where you may frequent a specific hub over a period of time, perhaps a lounge inside it, maybe even those who work there, that space can become a familiar and comfortable atmosphere within a city you may never step foot in.

Day 14. Two weeks done! Today I used some of my own voice, as well as some public domain recordings of people singing and radio communication between delegates discussing the Nigerian Civil War. Reversed the singing and put it into midi to make the lead in the second part of the song, first part is my own voice from some singing I didn't like that I then used as an instrument instead. I left part of the sampled singing in full at the end.

A little musical story in four parts:
• 1 - The Basstard comes knocking
• 2 - The Basstard is welcomed with open arms
• 3 - The family jewels are missing
• 4 - The Basstard is banished

The Basstard in question is Soundpaint's Basstard 2.0: a deconstructed double bass. This piece started out as a test of some of the Basstard's sounds, that then was expanded to this four part extravaganza.
All sounds are Sounpaint plugins with the exception of the Native Instruments' Stradavari violin.
