About this journey:
I often create my sonic storytelling with a title and intention that I hold through the journey of its birth into the world. This one was different, it began without a title – just a feeling into the frequency of Cosmovision Records. But a title did arrive – midway through recording as I felt my body and all of my being become the wind. This journey, this story, invokes the wind that we are. Air. Weightless. Strong. Under the starlit skies of Costa Rica, we came together for a night of sound, spirit, and deep connection. With the jungle as our witness, Darren Austin Hall’s ethereal vocals blended with Sariel Orenda’s soul-stirring guitar, and live electronic music performance, creating a mystical journey through sound.
Grateful for everyone who joined us in this sacred space. 🌊🎶

This was a live set where I played individual elements and loops from my tracks, rather than full arrangements. These types of performances allow for a more dynamic and alive journey, where the music continuously unfolds in fresh forms and new ways of storytelling. Too Many Problems - Two Points

El Búho is a UK producer now based Mexico City whose music draws the lines between electronic production, found sounds & organic samples and Latin American rhythms and folklore. He has released music on ZZK Records, Antartek Records and his latest EP Cenotes through Wonderwheel recordings and remixed for the likes of Chancha Via Circuito, Nicola Cruz, Tremor, Luzmila Carpio, Lucas Santana and Lulacruza amongst others

As well as curating the album A Guide to the Birdsong of South America he is also one of the co-founders of the Shika Shika with Argentine producer Barrio Lindo. He is currently working on his first LP.

This mix is 40 minutes of unreleased material, edits, remixes and music made specifically for Voodoohop!

A Tribute To My Sisters And Brothers Of Rapé- MeToBe

Electribal 6 was built with special attention to artists who have put more effort into combining tribal sounds with the downtempo genre, without diminishing one or the other. Artists such as Ome, Quixosis, Rodrigo Gallardo or Muno have shown a serious commitment to rescue lost sound files and bring them back to light using electronic music as a medium, without altering them too much and without sacrificing the purity of the bass. This Mixtape is a tribute to the true anthropologists of music, a journey to the root of the Deep Electribal sound.

This spring was marked by the ceremonial spirit. Sacred plants and molecules are creating a new approach to reality. More and more the songs, dictated gently by the medicines, are heard by humanity, and transmitted through multiple channels. This set is made up of producers who have emphasized different sacred and traditional songs of multiple tribes: Kashinawa, Hune Kui, Saeki, Orixas, Kanaka Maoli, Uyghur, Bulgars and Sioux, among others. The objective never ceases to be dancing, but rising towards an intention, liberating consciousness, inviting perfection.
