Originally from Madison, Wisconsin and now residing in Sacramento, California, Dfectv has been active in the US psytrance scene since 2005.  In 2011, he started making his own version of dark psy, which is much slower paced. This slow and dark sound led to it being called swamp trance.  Dfectv has released tracks on various labels based all around the world and has played for audiences all over North America.  Expect slow beats and low bass mixed with wide, psychedelic sounds, and a little bit of humor thrown in for good measure.
