Slow down your breathing, deep inhales, and slightly longer inhales are all you need to do.

The meditation is to notice the music and your feelings for the next hour, there is no wrong way of doing it. Just call out what you are hearing as it appears, "That piano is interesting", "I love the way that bass feels", etc..
When thoughts come just acknowledge them just come back to the music. When the music brings up feelings, just ride them, the music moves through it and you move through it with it. It gets easier as you get deeper into the mix.

You will alter your brain from a Beta state to an Alpha state by just listening. And hopefully touch some deep Theta brainwaves of deep rest, meditation, insight, and peace.

Alberto Stuto, A.K.A. L.OWL, is a young Sicilian DJ/producer who moved to Turin a few years ago. His musical projects gravitate towards the sounds of Downtempo and Organic House, which he presents through DJ sets and live sets, enriched by the presence of string instruments such as guitar or mandolin, creating evocative atmospheres inspired by the Mediterranean. He collaborates with Salgari Records and is currently working on his upcoming release scheduled for 2024.


Alberto Stuto, A.K.A. L.OWL è un giovane dj/producer Siciliano trasferitosi da pochi anni a Torino. I suoi progetti musicali si orientano verso le sonorità della Downtempo e dell'Organic House, che propone attraverso DJ set e live set, arricchiti dalla presenza di strumenti a corda come chitarra o mandolino, creando atmosfere suggestive di ispirazione mediterranea.
Collabora con la Salgari Records e sta lavorando alla sua prossima uscita prevista per il 2024.

There is always a sign of hope or a positive aspect in an otherwise negative situation. In the past few months, when we were all apart, music brought us together like nothing else would in these circumstances. We decided to show our appreciation and continue this unity through our new podcast series called "The Bright Side".

@im-sander has been active in the Paris scene for years, with his crew @hordeparis and then through his own events named “Ayahuasca”. He successfully spread his highly emotional DJ sets all across the city, allowing the public to discover a new side of electronic music and a different vision for their surroundings. 

On this very special edition of the Bright Side, Sander creates a story that stirs powerful emotions and memories - an experience almost everybody can relate to, where you are transported back to a particular moment in time just like stepping into a time machine. You can feel everything very strongly, as if you were actually there.

A set that strikes all the right chords, allowing the rise of dopamine to take your body on a physiological joyride – triggering a sensation that gives you the so-called “chills”. An unpredictable story that teases your brain and memory.
