This is from a year ago, and it came out of the frustration and gloom of a cold rainy winter day.  It's another one of those days, and there's a whole lotta other shit going on that makes medicine like this necessary.  Maybe it can feel like a loud FU to Putin.  I'm having coffee and moaning about the groundhog day feeling of late winter.  People in Ukraine are facing a large army led by a madman.  I reached out to a former work team mate in Kyiev yesterday and she said: "We will stay strong no matter what that old psychopath tries to do."

I hope I'm just one of countless musicians in the free world lending a creative voice to express the outrage at Putin's 2nd invasion of Ukraine. With my own extended family roots in Ukraine, maybe I'm feeling the frustration and sense of being left alone to fight the bully on the block. Ukraine is the front line for the rest of Europe, and it cannot fall.  1939 here we come again. Lessons not learned. FU*K!
