An investigation into introspective and mysterious compositions. The intention of this selection of music focused on revolving around three spellbinding Cucina Povera (Maria Rossi) recordings - Elektra, Totean and Huhuilu.

Convergence of unsettling in depth depressurised drones as if floating in the solitary vacuum of space. Mystical ambience, glistening minimal synthesis. Folkloric incantations and field recordings that weaves a together a tapestry of hymnal and linguistic experimentations from Eastern and Northern Europe (Finland, Ukraine and Latvia). Brooding malaise of saxophones and violins. Melancholic gothic undercurrents through vast and remote forests. Meandering post-punk / dub and spectral and beguiling ritualistic chanting.

Artist residencies in three national parks in the South of France with choreographer Frank Micheletti, at WORM Rotterdam, Hallo Festspiele in Hamburg and Intonal Festival in Malmö with Emanuel Sundin and Maja Li Härdelin for SHAPE+ platform. Commissions for Radiophrenia, Sonica Glasgow and Performa/Pioneer Works in Brooklyn. 

Composed work for independent and commercial film, international dance productions, fashion runways and community fundraisers. Performed in thirty countries worldwide.
