I wrote this track in numerous locations in and around the Joshua Tree National part in California, USA, as part of a feature with Magnetic Magazine where I went 'Off The Grid'. The magazine sent me to a series of super-remote locations without mobile phone service or internet with nothing other than my laptop and music making software to see how it inspired the creative process.

Abraham Diep a.k.a. DJ Diëps / Johnny Diëp began his journey in the world of electronic music in 2008 listening several renowned compilations, in specific trance and progressive house style. In the fall of 2012 he began to dabble as a DJ, until he had an opportunity to DJing 2 times on "EZ Radio" a radio station from his university. In 2014 he ventured as a producer, creating some mash-ups and edits. He is certainly still wondering when he will release original mixes as well as remixes.

His influences and inspirations as a DJ and producer are: Tiësto & Dennis Waakop, Armin van Buuren, Joni Ljungqvist, Alex Stealthy, Galen Behr, Lemon8, Jonas Steur, Niklas Harding & Anders Mikkelsen, Solid Stone, Markus Schulz, Ferry Corsten, Airwave, Andy Moor, Cosmic Baby, James Holden, Oliver Lieb, Paul van Dyk, Dave Parkinson.
